    I went in for a appointment at affordable dentures in Tampa on January 4th, 2023, I purchased a set of economy plus dentures($1,200). I have made several trips down there for them to keep making adjustments and they have only made it worse. I have asked for my money back since there is a 100 day guarantee and I was refused it. They won't answer my calls in the office and I can not transfer to another location (affordable dentures doesn't allow it without paying again) I also wasn't given any type of paperwork for when I paid for the dentures.

    I went to Affordable Dentures for their implants. I had my teeth removed and replaced with implants. They started with the bottom and on top put in a bone graft. It took over 6 to 8 months to complete my tops. My dentures are snap on. My tops are okay. My bottoms I continue to have problems. Every time I go in to have them fixed because they dont snap in place it cost me $500. I just spent $500 in December and it has been 4 months later and due to my job I couldnt get into see them until just recently. So I was finally able to see them last week and I was told I would have to pay another $500 and the dentist would not speak to me after requesting to speak to him. The assistant came back and told me my implants were like an oil change. They needed maintenance. Which I said that $500 every 4 months is ridiculous especially since I have had no issues with the top implants. Because my teeth wont snap in place and I have to continue to eat with them it caused damage as well . Not much but it makes it even harder to eat. They said they would repair the damage however another $500 to replace the screws. I was not told about the expense and now after spending over $15,000 on my teeth I cant eat with them and am in pain because food keeps getting under my teeth causing pain.I dont know what to do because I cant afford $500 every 4 to 6 months.If additional information and receipts are needed please let me know.Thank you,,********************* ************ cell ************ work Rlchipoletti@ yahoo.com ******************** work email Please use the alternate phone # and email if no answer on the other Desired Resolution- To have my teeth repaired and kept repaired and if this doesnt work I want my money back or have them from snap on to permanent so I dont have to do as they said oil changes to my teeth.I couldnt put the information below.
