    South Tampa office does not have an actual Dermatologist on site. nor an Officer Manger. I had a terrible experience and received a snap judgement by an Area Manager who dismissed my complaint. After leaving many messages at their “corporate” office in Orlando, my only other option was sending letters and photos to member of their leadership team listed on the website. I had to Google them as there is no contact info. Come to find out, they are primarily dermatologists in private practices or that work for other companies. Got no response so started calling their offices and was told complaints handled by Compliance. Compliance said not us, handled by managers. They had to send 2 messages to Area Manager for her to call me. Told 1 of doctors who reviewed my letter said they stand behind service so basically too bad. It’s unbelievable they can get away with this company structure and the unprofessional way in which they conduct themselves. The treatment I had done was performed in a negligent manner that required me to make an emergency appointment with my eye doctor. It caused me much discomfort, stress and downtime. I would never recommend this practice to anyone. Customers beware.
