      If I could give ZERO stars, I would. We purchased our Masonite "Fiberglass" doors when we built our home. They have a LIFETIME warranty. We currently had an issue where the main French door broke apart at the bottom from rotting on the inside. These doors are not subject to any weather they are under patio. We also checked our back single entry door that we never even use, and it was the same exact way. After many calls to the store we purchased from, they told us it's Masonites issue. They will not do anything, they won't respect the warranty at all or call back after several times. We are not happy with the doors or the customer service from either place, but especially the manufacturer MASONITE.

      I purchased new exterior front doors that were manufactured by Advisar. A little after a year, I came home one night and had a buckled area near the top. I wiped it with my hand and it came off like dried shoe polish. I got a microfiber cloth and moistened it with water to wipe it and was stunned by what I saw. When contacting Advisar, they went radio silent. These were over $10,000! I guess I should have done more research. Lesson learned! Avoid this company at all costs. Things can go wrong with anything. But when a company doesn’t take responsibility and make it right, it’s unforgivable!

      I purchased a Masonite exterior door from Lowes, Lowes gave me a 20% discount on the door due to scratches in the door. (I was having installed next day and the only 2 available had either the scratches or dents) I have the door installed and realized the poor quality of the door. Nails shot visibly through corner of casing, and hinge screws shot on angles. I reached out to Masonite on Jan.17 after being told by their help line to file a warranty claim. I did that. Took all the pictures and sent them. Thier site states a rep will be in contact within 3 days. On the 25th I call them, speak with Mary who tells me that Lowes gave me misinformation. She stated that the discount i got for the scratches voided my warranty. First off, Lowes never told me to file a claim. Masonite did. Second she told me my Lowes salesman should have been in touch with me. For What? Your website states that your reps would reach out. Lowes salesman did not build the door...Its a quality issue with the company. Unprofessional, and totally unsatisfied with the door quality and the people handling thier concerns.

      This company is very unprofessional. You would except such a big company to have professionals working for them but of course not. They have poor custom service. A company I worked for opened a wholesale account with them to become a dealer. The sales rep assigned to my account set up an appointment, when I showed up to the meeting. He had me waiting 45 minutes before I said we would need to reschedule. As I was leaving Russell emailed me stating the sales rep "I just managed to reach him, he informed me that he overlooked the calendar event and is in Sarasota. I will work with Ryan and have their meeting rescheduled. I truly apologize for the inconvenience and confusion this has caused. I will ask him now when he will be available and will make sure he is present if that is acceptable and will also have him reach out directly to further coordinate."
      Ryan never contacted me at all to reschedule. I requested a quote from my customer two were sent to me from Russell's. Quote was different colors. Finally I closed the deal with my customer and was ready to order the material. When it came down to it the price was coming out double the price I brought it Russell's attention he kept saying it was going to talk to his team in regards to it. 3 weeks later I was not able to get in contact with Russell via phone or email. He was not responding. Finally I spoke with a customer service rep, a young lady and she said she will help me with the quote to understand why the price doubled. The quote was not over 30 days. She said she will call me back. Going on week 4 I followed up with the customer service rep and she said I falsified the quote meaning I entered my own price on it. This is not how their quotes look or are typed up. I explained to her that this quote came from her sale rep Russell. What would I gain from making this up? I requested a quote previously - what would I get out of putting a lower price. So I asked to speak with a manager she said she can not transfer me

      I will say your product ***** and your quality of service. I bought 3 doors, 1 exterior and 2 interior doors. The exterior door was fine but the 2 interior doors c kept coming to me damaged. When ordering your doors, they came in scratched or damaged. Had to replace it 5 times between two of the doors I bought from your company. Now one your doors is not working well after a good year and you will not fix it. Its the double lock system and it keeps jamming up. Especially for an very expensive door this is not acceptable. I will not recommend your products to anyone.

      Did a special order through Home Depot for $460.00 door was told it take 5 or 6 weeks well was June of 2021 they changed delivery date twice I called the company myself they promised my door the next week well it came Sep 30 th Masonite sent the wrong door now they say it will take another 6 or 8 weeks they can keep it the door looked like it came from a salvage store poor quality will never buy a Masonite product again horrible customer service

Unfortunately this product is shipped to us from our Canadian facility, but I would still like to try getting another door processed for you. We can do all we can to expedite. If this is acceptable, you can let your Home Depot location know to have them reach out to their Masonite area sales manager. Your PO# of reference is XXXXXXXX.       Customer service couldn't be any worse. I think ******* has Masonite beat. I order doors through a specialty supplier that deals directly with Masonite, and they tell my supplier that the doors I ordered are shipping out this week....then they say the same thing the following week, and then the following week. They've done it twice now....takes at least 3-4 months to get doors. I've learned my lesson now; won't use them again.
