    This is a fraudulent charge. They are posing as a driving school and we paid them $160 for driving lessons. The day of my daughters first scheduled driving ******* they sent her an email that stated they had to cancel the lessons and didn't offer to reschedule. After calling over 30 times, they texted and said they will get in touch with us shortly. The owner ************************* stated that we will not get a refund and we will have to dispute it with a bank. However, they have people paying through an app which does not allow you to dispute the transaction. The app is similar to cashapp. You cannot dispute something you sent through this kind of app and they know this but are telling people to dispute it with their bank. They are refusing to refund us, they will not answer our calls, they have blocked us from texting. We have not received any services from them but they we have paid them.

    The transaction was posted to my bank account 01/02/2024. The purchase was authorized on 12/29/2023. I paid the business $668.75. The business is a driving school, and I paid for a package of 10 driving ******s with a driving instructor. The driving school did not provide 10 classes - I had one driving ****** on 01/01/2024, and then never received another ****** again, despite my many efforts to book a ******. The ****** I received was in a car with broken rearview mirrors, and I felt unsafe. I requested a refund, and have been ignored. The business has not tried complete the services I paid for, nor have they issued me a refund. I posted a negative review about my experience with the company, and they are threatening to take legal action against me for defamation, despite everything I said in my review being factual and easily verifiable. Payment receipt on invoice is #*******.
