I've been having issues with the Gym for almost a year now. It first started back on July 9th, 2023 when I was on a trip in Tampa Florida and wanted to stay healthy and workout. Well this ended up being a big mistake. What I thought was a 1 week gym trial for $1 ended up costing me a few hundred dollars since then and a huge headache trying to deal with them. I guess I signed something saying Id stay with their gym for 3 months and pay $18.36 each of those months. I didn't agree with this sneaky way of taking my money so I placed a stop payment with my card. Well they kept trying to charge me for the membership and even charged me under another business name so it'd go thru. They started trying to collect "debt" from me and telling me how they'll mess up my credit if I don't pay. The worst part was recently when I tried paying off the balance on my account, I paid them $25 and they agreed that they would call the next week when I got paid and I would try and pay off the rest. Well the next day they automatically charged my card $76.80 and made my account go in overdraft costing me even more. I never gave them permission to charge me again And I was really mad about this. Currently my membership is still active and I've paid them between $150-200 for the gym membership that I only used once and no longer want. Please help me
