              My wife left work like any other day, taking turnpike northbound coming from her job location in Medley FL. There has been on going construction on the turnpike for years now. Specifically the area where the incident occurred as my wife was employed with the same employer for years and has driven this route each day. The area I'm talking about is, while driving northbound on turnpike there is a point where I-75 (Interstate 75) merges onto turnpike northbound. Within this area a boulder happened to make it's way over the median (concrete construction barriers) striking the front of our Ford Fusion. Once home safely we immediately notified our insurance carrier about the incident, which led us to repairs of our vehicle at our expense of our deductible which is $500.00. Progressive did mention that I may want to reach out for reimbursement as it happened on turnpike within their construction zone, that has been ongoing for YEARS. I went ahead and notified Prince Contracting LLC. of the issue we were faced with and the traumatization my wife had went through. Their response was short there has been NO construction in that area at the time of this incident. Which is simply not true, I have photos, documentations, along with the insurance claim, and all notes/findings while the car was getting repaired with Progressive. As well as a letter from "Chief Financial Office Jimmy Patrons State Of Florida" stating that there was indeed a construction contract in effect at the time of the incident and I would need to file with the contractor. Attached you will find the letter I am referring too (more evidence supplied upon request.) Thank you in advance for any and all help with this matter!               This contracting company is not trustworthy. Going to work at 5:45 am on I75 S, took exit 260B to Martin Luther King and drove over debris left behind on one of the exit lanes. There was a big bang and immediately the tire sensor from my car went off. I just had enough time to park the car at work as I had a complete flat tire. I sent an email to Prince Contracting which was resposible for the maintenance of the road asking for reimbursement of the tire I had to buy. The person who talked to me was in a rush to dismiss my claim. Said they were not responsible for anything, cound’t see any debris and I should have taken a picture of the debris. This is a very busy exit, it was dark, and I did not feel safe to park the car in the dark to take pictures. My life could’ve been in danger. I sent other pictures to this company including a picture of the flat tire. This company was very quick to dismiss my claim, not taking any responsibility for what happened.
