LifeRenu.com is no longer accepting phone calls and the website is down. I cannot get ahold of them. I ordered Male Factor on July 20th. Over a month ago. I let my credit card know, we are disputing the full charge for a 6 month supply that I paid for but never received.Initial Complaint

5/4/2023 I received 3bottles of the male factor from liferenu after waiting for 2wks .which I've been ordering this product for quite some time because it's very good. So I had some left which it just finished ,so I decided to open the package sent to me on the 5/4/2023 I noticed all the bottles are out of date exp 05 2023 .I've been trying to call them and the phone lines dead which has never happened before I've emailed them no reply which now I'm beginning to think this was all intentional. I purchased Female Factor from Liferenu in the past and decided to get more as it worked for me. I opened an email they had sent me and decided to do the 2 week trial and then go on to get the monthly subscription. Well the **** went through on my credit card and I never received the product but I was giving it some time. Well today the monthly subscription fee went through and I still haven't received anything. So I looked up the number and the people who answered had no idea what I was talking about they said they have never heard of female factor????? When I was digging into things the actual website it up but the shop part isn't working it goes to shopify to purchase the website. So I ended up opening up a dispute with my credit card. I'm not sure if they have gone out of business or what but it was very weird!Initial Complaint

I ordered a 6 month supply of Ignite and Male Factor on 5/15/23. Life Renu confirmed my order by email and deducted the amount of $288.90 from my bank card on 5/16/23. I have not received my product and I am unable to reach anyone at Life Renu for comment or information regarding my shipment. Ordered 3 bottles of Male Factor supplement, received the initial email that the order was confirmed but have never received and further correspondence as to if or when I will receive the product. Sent emails to ******************************* twice and sent a message through their website and no response. Also tried to call their "Help" line at ************ and only get a fast busy signal. Hello,I have had multiple charges for products but have yet to receive any orders. Im not very happy with this type of service. I would like a refund on everything.Note: Im submitting supporting documentation as a screenshot of all my charges that I have not received any product for. I placed an order with Life Renu for the Male Factor on 01/17/23. The order arrived on 01/23/23, however, they sent it to the wrong address. I had the correct address in the order. On 01/27/23, they said they would send out another shipment to the correct address, however, to no avail. The order has yet made it to the shipment point. I have called several times and they assure me it will be sent the next week. Now, when I called, it is consistently a sound that sounds like a busy signal but not quite. Nonetheless, no one answers the phone. I now just want a refund of my funds. This company used to be a good company. It seems like now they are just trying to stay afloat. They will not succeed with this type of customer service. Customer-first should be their concern.Business Response

On August 15, 2022 ( Sunday ) , I ordered 3 bottles of Female Factor supplements. I was at gym and didn't screen shot my order. As soon as I realized that I went to my email . No receipt email . Went to my online credit union statement and found that Life ReNu drafted my account for $117.00 . I also found an email from Sarah ******* saying she was excited for me and tried to sell me more bottles of Female Factor .so I figured my order was on its way. I continue to get emails from Sarah , but No Shipping data . I tried. To find a phone number or email address and couldn't find anything but an auto chat more than likely AI . I asked it for a manager, finally after 20 minutes of arguing and being told I didn't make an order I got a number ( XXX) XXX-XXXX. I got a Voice mail and I left my information . I also texted a screenshot of my bank draft with my credit Union . I am thinking maybe this company has cash flow issues or fraud problems .I want my product . I placed 3 orders with Life Renu. 1) First order was 1 bottle of Male Factor and 1 bottle of Female Factor supplements. This order was received and to expectations. Male pill's are light brown in color and Female pills are pink in color 2) Second order was for the same products. 1 bottle of Male Factor and 1 bottle of Female Factor. This order I received the bottles labeled correct, but inside the female factor bottle were light brown pills, same as the Male Factor pill's. Concerned of the difference I contacted the company and explained the difference in color. They confirmed that they are supposed to be pink just as the first bottle was, and to not take them. At this time they offered to send out a new bottle of Female factor. I agreed to have them send out a new bottle. I also asked them to express ship this order due to their mistake at there're expense. They agreed. 3) The third order was placed, but I noticed they had charged me for the shipping of the replacement product. This order showed up 1 week later, which is not express shipping. When the order arrived, it was the same brown pill's that are incorrect for the Female Factor. I tried to contact the company by phone. Left messages to contact me. No attempt to call me was made. I sent emails to the company about this issue.. No reply was ever given. I would like the Company to reimburse me for the shipping and also for the mispackaged Female Factor pill's.
