1 starDON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!! TOTAL SCAM! They go under several Company names trying to hide their activities. Somehow they even charged for some Digital books! 1 starSCAM! Stupid me. Sounded great on TV. They failed to mention it must be used with a Keto low carb diet! The diet is what causes weight loss, not the supplement! After it did nothing for me (because I wasnt on a keto diet) I stopped taking it. I noticed I was ravenousand gained another 5 lbs.Review fromRocio R

1 starHola, hace como un año y medio quise probar este producto no más tenía que pagar la prueba igual me pidieron mi tarjeta y luego me cobraron el paquete de un año. Bueno pensé que esta iba a ser todo. Solo tome las pastillas por un mes me daba dolores en el vientre y dejé de tomarlos. Me volvieron a cobrar no se cómo porque perdí la tarjeta con la cual hice la compra y me cobraron a mi nueva tarjeta. Trate de buscar un correo electrónico, no hay ni uno solo. No se cómo arreglar esta situación. Pero ya no quiero que me sigan mandando y sigan cobrando.

I am reading these reviews and see exactly what happened to me.Was notnwhat inthought i ordered, charged $199. When 2nd shipment came, with $199 charge, I called and my acct was credited for the 2nd $199 payment.What i didbt realize is that the detox us totally separate, on ***** card as CHALLENGE BODY AND MIND - ***** PER MONTH.Called today and found out this is membership fee -- i have not gotten any pulls since May, no one reaches out to me, no mail, not surenwhat membership benefits are. Cancelled today, but not elig for any refund on the 8 monthsnthey have been withdrawing from my acct.I have 9 unopened ******* of KETO and 2 unopened bottles of DETOX.(I did use 1 bottle of Keto, and definitely not the results they advertise.)Anyone hear of a class action suit to shut this scam down, let me know.I would jump on in a heartbeat.Only gave the 1 star because it would not allow 0!Optimal Max Keto

1 starReturned an order that I didn't even place. Never opened the bag it came in and they have had it since Aug 20th. NO REFUND still as of Sept 29 and they keep telling me to wait a few more days. This company is a complete SCAM!! Do not order anything from them. I am going through my credit card company to get my money back. I have left messages since I can't even get anyone to answer the phone now but, don't expect to hear back from them. Just don't even go to their website!! This company is a scam. The product does not do what it says it will do. They automatically sign up a customer for monthly refills. When you cancel and return the product they will not refund your money. Been fighting for a refund for over a month. Tracked the package to the PO box and they still claim they never received it. I made order on 5/22 did not get product for a while. I used it made me sick , went to ER and by the time I , tried to cancel they had sent me more. This is not what I expected . It said I could return product if not happy. I only received credit for one shipment . But it was not 30 day from when I received product. So I feel I should have received full return. This company is a scam. I was charged $199.88 and $59.99 on May 16,22 I tried to send back and get a refund. The said my refund was expired. They then charged me another $199.88 on 6/14/22. I contacted them again and said i could only get a refund for the 2nd $199.88 charge and cancelled my reorder status. I have yet to get any refund. While this was happening I found my bank account was charged $12.49 from a company Challenge bodymind. they have charged me twice now. I have never heard of the company before. This is a scam. I used the product for a month with absolutely no change. Unfortunately they also don't tell you if you don't cancel after the first order it goes into an auto ship. So now I have another order that I'm trying to return and get a refund I had to take pictures and send it to them before they would give me the return number. I now know that they have received my product with USPS tracking. Now they say they have to wait for confirmation even though they know that they have received it and it will be another 2 to 3 weeks before I get a refund. This is nothing but a big scam buyer beware!Optimal Max Keto
