    I bought 3 month supply, 30 days they charged me for 3 more months supply while still in trial period. Supposed to get refund of second supply but refund transaction never received. Keep telling me to call back in 10 days for the past 3 months. Not all calls to customer service say experiencing technical difficulty.

    I paid and authorized a ONE TIME charge to try the Proton Keto ACV gummies on 6/1/24. Immediately after I placed my order I decided to cancel. I sent several emails to cancel. I finally got a return message saying unfortunately it had already been sent to the distribution center and couldnt be canceled. They offered me a partial refund before suggesting when I received my order to return it and gave me an RMA#. I did that but have not received a refund. The package was returned unopened. I was also charged an additional $59.99 that I did not authorize. Still waiting for my refund of $259.87.

    i would give them 0 stars if i could! i purchased gummies from them. what i thought was a three month supply. they charged me way more than the website stated. when i reached out support they never reached back out to me. finally someone contacted me about returning the products for a refund. i am still waiting to hear back from them for a refund and that was back in april! company is a scam. so not purchase anything from them

    They have ripped me off. I ordered Keto on 4/12/24. They sent me more than I wanted. The original price was 59.99. For 3. They sent 7 and charged me $199.00 plus the $59.00. I returned the product and was told that I would get a return of $224.87 minus $35.00 for the 7 bottles. I agreed to that. They said they sent me a check to my email twice, but I never received a check now, I can't call them The number doesn't work.

    I first purchased one time a set of Keto + gummies on March 13, 2024, which was for a free trial at a cost of $59.99. I read the fine print and noted nothing about continuing to receive monthly shipments and charges to my credit card for the past four months total (2 charges on MARCH 13, one for the original cost of $59.99 and the other for $199.88, on April 13 for 199.88, on May 13 for $199.88 and $199.88 on June 13. I did not authorize the further orders in April through June nor shipments. I have tried 3 phone numbers given to me by my credit card company all saying they are having technicaI difficulties and hanging up on me. I have been trying to find more phone numbers or place on a website to cancel the continuing charges, which I have not authorized. Like others who have complained, this is not the correct manner to conduct business and I would like the orders and charges to my credit card stopped. Please help me cancel any further unauthorized charges to my credit card or shipments of products, or I will cancel the credit card.I appreciate your review and canceling of any further charges or subscriptions.     $199 a month for gummies?? In March 2024, I placed one order against my better judgement. I am disappointed and dissatisfied with the product. $199 is insanely too much to pay for Apple Cider vinegar and gelatin. I want these orders to stop.

    The company automatically signs you up for recurrent payments and then makes it impossible to find information re: contacting customer service. The information I received said debits would be clearly labeled on my bank account but they were not. I had to find their contact information on this website to call and cancel.

    Like a fool I ordered the Kelly Clarkson gummies that were on Facebook supposedly endorsed by Shark Tank. To my surprise my debit card was charge 59.99 on 6/3/24 then a few lines down 199.99 charged again. I'm 67 years old I should of known better. I have received 5 bottles of Activ Boost Keto Gummies and 2 bottles some detox stuff. Please help me not be charged anymore. I'm beside my self. No emails no nothing just charges to my account. I'll throw the carp away I don't want it this is way more than I bargained for. Help me please!!!!

    I did not order the 2 bottles that I received of this product!! After calling the company a rep helped us but still only offered to refund $45 of the $129 debit on my credit card. I see that other persons got a full refund! This is alarming and disappointing. Alarming because I never ordered anything - is this company just finding credit systems, placing orders on random card numbers to see if the person notices? Its an atrocity! I will give a negative report on this business and product on all my social media feeds.
