    I would like to start by saying I did not do my paperwork And the warranty was void. I get it. My complaint is I paid over $2700 Plus installation for an ** unit that only lasted for two years. This Is not a good product which they claim in their ad that they sell only top ** units. Air-con obviously is not and I want to warn people not to buy from this company, they will take your money and look for technicalities to not stand behind their product. I know this firsthand. My dealings with **** at air-con support was horrible. He would not call My installer back. He would have excuses for everything. He kept having My installer run test that prove that the ** unit was bad and not my fault. After a month of dealing with **** he finally would not call me back. so I contacted Mini Split Warehouse they got me in touch with someone else and after a week They tell me me they are not gonna cover it. That the circuit board is bad and it is my responsibility. I believe theres more bad than just a circuit board. The test show low-voltage going to the circuit board and the other two units have normal voltage. If I buy the circuitboard and the Unit out outside is bad. I wouldve been better off to scrap this cheaply made unit and start over with a product that is dependable and accompany that will represent the people That Buy there product!!

    ******, very sorry for the trouble you are having with ************************ (they also have a BBB) warranty department. As previously discussed, they would not warranty a free part since the product was not registered after the installation (within the 90 day period). Registration is required and was shown on our site, as well as the paperwork sent with the unit. I see we did offer you a PCB or indoor unit at cost (which we did not hear back from you on), and we did reach out to ******************** to try and get them to approve the warranty PCB for you- but we did not have any luck. PCB's tend to go bad if there is a power fluctuation, or surge. I would recommend a surge protector to help alleviate this from happening again in the future.

    I had a great experience with Mini Split Warehouse! I was looking for a new mini split for my home, and I was very impressed with the selection and the customer service. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful, and they were able to answer all of my questions. I ended up purchasing a mini split from them, and I'm very happy with it. It's quiet, energy-efficient, and it cools my home very effectively. I would definitely recommend Mini Split Warehouse to anyone who is looking for a new mini split!
