  I ordered from them and still havent received a confirmation or an email stating my order will be packaged and shipped . It been 6 days since my order and I called and emailed everyday to get no respond. And I purchased a package that was suppose to be a deal but I was charged full price for half the product I noticed . Can I losses just get what I purchased or my money back , I have screenshots for everything because Ive been thru the scamming thing before and I have proof of everything to show to the police or courts.

  In June 2022 I purchased Condor Gummies and had to return them due to my doctors orders and I returned them and I have been calling every week since June 1922 to receive my return and I do have an RMA. Every week that I called I was told the money would be sent at the end of the month. Well it’s been over a year and I have received no money. When I do call, all I hear is lies and I’ve never received my refund for $248.98.

  Back in April, 2022 I returned their product because I failed to see any results and they were charging me $199.99 monthly. I sent back their product and was told I'd receive a refund in 3-4 days. It's now July 8, 2023 and I've yet to receive a refund. I've called several times and they keep telling me my information has been forwarded to their billing department. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!

  How these crooks can still be in business is a mystery. Who protects consumers from this type of scam. They lie, cheat and steal. Credit card companies will not protect you from this criminal enterprise. Great lesson to research all companies on the net before ordering anything. Congratulations to Eagle/Condor Hemp, This is my first 1 star review!

  Stay as far away as possible from Eagle Hemp. Same complaints as pretty much everyone else here. Ordered, sent back, charged for two orders, no refund for anything. Contacted BBB. Eagle Hemp repeatedly promised a refund (over $400). The money was never refunded despite several messages from Eagle Hemp via BBB that it "was on its way". What they are doing is a crime. I can't believe they are still in business. How is this behavior not being legally investigated!?!

  DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY Money Scam.I have been trying to get my refund of $219 for product which was returned. Since August of last year they have been promising that my refund was on the way. I have never received a credit to my account nor a refund. It doesnt matter whether or not the product works if the company is not honest. who is to say when you need the product the most you will have it.DO NOT BUY FRO THIS COMPANY. They hire operators with a script, every one gets the same info.

  Total Scam!!! Ditto to all the other experiences people have had with this fraud of a company! I originally bought one bottle "a trial special" after seeing an ad on Instagram for about $30 or $40. This was back in June of 2022! The website "looked" legitimate. The next day I had a charge on my cc for $220.49! I called the company right away. (I should have called my cc company right away.) After trying to get the order cancelled over the phone, they said it was already being shipped and they couldn't cancel it. Also, that I would just have to return the product when I received it and they would credit my cc. The day I received the product (6 bottles, not 1) I returned it back to them unopened and called them to get an RMA#. They said when they receive the product back, they will credit my cc. Well, I then got an email saying they had a problem on their end and can't credit my cc. That I will have to confirm my address and they will send me a paper check. Just like all the other reviews....I have called and called and I get the same answer about being sorry for the delay and it will be sent within a week. I called my cc company a few months ago and they even tried to get the charges reversed. But, they had no luck and I can't get the charge reversed now. I should have called my cc company right away. But, Eagle Hemp made it "sound" like they were sorry for the mistake and that they would reverse the charges once I returned the product. I don't know if there's anything else I can do! I am so angry and I will keep calling, but I probably won't get anywhere! Total crooks!!************ (Actually they get Zero Stars! But I couldn't submit the review without at least one star- that should be fixed too BBB!)

  Ditto to all negative comments already posted. My experience also. CBD Gummies product doesn't work. They added on CBD oil, which I did not order. Impossible to get over $220+ refund after months and months of calling their third-party customer support who keep promising, "Don't worry. I guarantee refund is coming in **** days." Now it's too late to file a dispute through MasterCard, which I'm sure they know and are counting on so that the sale can never be reversed. Outright thieves!!

  First time ordered one bottle, they sent 6. Cost me $264.98. Ive been trying for over 6 months to get a refund but or even a partial refund for over charges to no avail. If anyone wants to get together for a lawsuit, Im ready. Total scam. The gummies made me break out in a rash on my arms.

  Never finished my order but they sent the product anyway. I called them back and they told me to call them when I received it and they would give me an RA to send it back for a full refund. I sent it back and they acknowledged they received it. They told me they are sending me my refund. After 5 more calls and 5 months later I still have not seen a refund. I am filing a claim through the BBB and if i still don't get my refund I will file in small claims court. I can't believe Eagle Hemp has not been shut down. The employees should be ashamed of themselves to work for such a scam of a company.
