      August ******* UltraQuickKeto for $159.85 on 08/23/2024.(info not on first email,had no idea what I had bought)Was trying to buy shark tank keto..already had my info in order form. When I tried to place the order a message came up that the product was not available. A pop up came up for an alternative keto product but I did not agree to buy it..I quit the website.Called my cc company and charge was already there but it wasn't for the product I wanted and it was for more money than I was looking at. Did not receive anything from company till later in day and tracking number doesn't work. I responded to email to cancel order as it wasn't product I had tried to purchase..there was no way to stop the order or tell them no the pop up just placed the order a second email came but it disappeared so I don't remember what it was about..i responded stating i had not finished an order for their product ..wanted sharktank keto, a third email stated they could not process a refund thru email and wanted to get me and my bank on the line to discuss it still trying to stop payment on cc. The amount billed was not listed on first email..not until I replied I had not placed an order with their company.

      I saw a add on ******** keto diet shark tank backed it up I said itry it I chose buy 2 get 2 for ***** my card declined the order I resived a text from keto asking about the order I said no I do not want it it went from ***** to ****** I called keto left message stating I do not want to buy there product I get a alert 2 days later they charged my card ****** after the text call I'm very angry

      I ordered a trial bottle of Keto Control but during the checkout process an unwanted product Top Cleanse was added to my order when the screen inadvertently shifted and I clicked the wrong place. I decided to go with it and do a trial of that product as well as there was no way to cancel the order immediately. I canceled both subscriptions within the 14 day window (and have a cancellation email dated 11/26/22) however I was charge $139.97 on 11/28/22 for that same one bottle of Top Cleanse. Repeated attempts to contact the vendor have resulted in no assistance. When I asked to speak to a manager as the customer service rep was not helpful, I was told none was available but I could receive a callback in between 24 and 48 hours. I am not pleased with the shady way the Top Cleanse was added to my order but am infinitely more upset that my attempts to cancel without incurring a ridiculous $139.97 charge for one bottle were met with obstacles at every turn. Doesn't seem to be very good business to make it this difficult to get out of a purchase I didn't want in the first place. Especially when the cancellation email said "any ongoing or all future charges have been cancelled as per your request".

      Billed and supposedly shipped diet pills for a company Keto-Blast.com which i never ordered and have no idea who they are. Called customer service and just got the run around and all they keep asking for is more information about me !

      I saw the add on ******** for the Keto gummie product that appeared to be ******************* endorsed. I was placing an order for a bottle that was listed as *****. I was filling out order form and was unable to review my order. I closed out of the page and was immediately emailed that I was charged ****** and my order was processing. I then immediately called the number located at the bottom of the confirmation email. I was told no refunds a d the best she could do was offer me half off my order and that I would be credited for *****. I refused, then she stated my order was shipped and I should return product and wait for my credit. I told her no that I didn't want my order shipped. She stated it was already even though this was in a matter of 5 minutes. And that if she canceled my order I wouldn't get my Keto gummies but would be charged full price. I have checked my credit card and I have been charged the full amount of ******. I am in the process of disputing the charges.

      On February 23, 2022, I ordered Keto Burn DX. I received my order, was unhappy with the results so requested a return. On March 16, 2022, I returned the remaining portion. I was notified they received the return and refund was being processed. I have contacted them several times requesting progress, no answer. On June 5, 2022, I received an email stating that my refund was being processed and it should show on my account with 7-10 business days. On day 15 I emailed telling them I had not received my refund. I have since contacted them a couple of times with no response. My refund should be $171.96, per them, I concurred.

      Ordered Keto product online with a money back guarantee. After talking to my dr, I was advised not to take it. Called the company and was sent an email with instructions on returning. I returned the unopened product to vendor. Call several weeks later to inquire about the refund. I was informed by a 3rd party call center that I would need to provide the tacking number in order to process the refund. In no way was a tracking number required for the return. Which I do not have. I was ordering one bottle, but was charged and sent 5 for a total of 199.00. All that was required was the RMA number which they provided. I returned the product on may 17 and after numerous calls have yet to receive the refund. Order ******* Ordered on may 3, 2022

      I ordered keto blast online for 32.49 on 6/13/3022 to try it but my account was charged 273.93. I contacted customer service and was told they couldn't do anything because it was a customer initiated order. I notified the fraud dept at my bank that it was a fraudulent charge and canceled my card. The transaction is still pending and they told me they couldn't do anything until the charge was final.
