      Ad came up during a game, dropped phone and somehow had an order placed. Immediately locked my card, emailed them to cancel order. They emailed 4 hours later and said couldn't stop it but we're able to continuously email after that. Wanted me to call with my bank to "work out" my order. Never received an email or any info about order. Still waiting to see if order shows up, will be refusing it! Horrible people, horrible customer service, can not wait til karma comes back around for them.

      Liars, thieves, con artist scum bags. Hidden auto renew, no cancellation, no returns…..prepare to be charged $200/ month whether you like it or not and good luck getting your money back. Also product tastes terrible and doesn’t work They should all go to jail!

      I was shipped 5 bottles of Quantum Keto Gummies ($199.88) and 2 bottles of Quantum Detox ($59.99) and I did not order these products! My credit card was charged for these two items. The shipper's address was PO Box 7000, Smyrna, TN 73167. My question is "How did this company get my credit card number and mailing address?" I have cancelled my credit card.

      Ordered 39.99 pkg off my disability card and was charged 189.oo. never got pfg and now the number they gave me just hangs up.

      Never received my refund. I made an order in May of 2021 in which it was supposed to be $39.99. Torch Keto took $239.82. I refused the package. I was told I will get a refund. I did fax them a copy for my bank account showing no refund was ever made. I ask them to see a paper check or cash app and as of today June 15, 2022, I still have not received my refund. Keto is a scammer!

      I'm HORRORFIED BY what this company is doing. You find out after the fact. When I Ordered 1 free bottle to try they make sure you have to buy another for $39 and change then the STEAL $272.93 out of your account for something you Had NO INTENTION OF BUYING. Now you fight to get your money back. In other words YOU CAN'T BUY JUST 1 They've set it up so you Have to buy 3 and NEVER TELL YOU. SOMEONE STOP THIS.

      Package has arrived NOW TO SEND IT BACK? How do you want this done.

      I bought product once from this company and paid for my item at that time. I get multiple calls a day from different phone numbers saying that my account was never closed and need to pay additional fees. Even though I have never ordered any additional product. When I tried to call the company to inform them that this was happening but the number sent me to a different buissness that wanted to make me a special offer. Something seriously wrong here

      I ordered 1 bottle of keto.was sent 5 bottles and charged $199.00. I've been trying since May 2022 to get my refund back. They say my order hasn't shown up. But my tracking number says they got on April 15, 2022. I tried talking to them to no avail. I have proof of the product bought through my banking institute. I have 2 letters that I received and confirmed a refund for me that I have not received yet. I hope no one else has the same problem.
