    C&m renovation had a paver job to do for me from last yeargave him a down payment of **** and have not done the workhe also came by the dig my lawn and broke my sprinkler head and that is over 2 monthsmow the lawn is die i am calling him texting him but no answerall I want is for this man to return my money fix my lawn..because he is a liar I have gotten a next company to do the job and I need my money to pay my order company

    In March of 2022 we contacted ****** from c and m renovations about paver installation to the driveway and floor bed in front of our home. We received an estimate of around ******* to complete work. We paid **** down .We required *** approval which the company initially told us they they would submit the paper work.I followed up with the wife who handles all the paper work and was told that it was submitted and approval from the *** was pending. While waiting *** approval, there was a delay in pavers for at least 4 to 6 months due to COVID.When pavers were finally available I realized that no paperwork was ever sent to ***.In December of 2022 we finally received *** approval .I submitted the Hoa approval paperwork to ****** the owner and I was told he was out of the country and once he got back he will schedule a time to come by.After requests after request was told there was a callback on pavers that was a *********************** came by the residence in March and dug up the areas where the sprinklers were . We were told to monitor wats up for messages regarding excavation date.We have attempted multiple times to call and text ****** for an actual date for start of installation project.We have gotten multiple false start date, we got a date then it was scheduled to rain that week and project never got rescheduled. We waited again for additional weeks texted ,called , texted again.Each time we received no specific answers for an actual start date or maybe..ITs actually been 5 to 6 months since we officially got *** approval and over one year since we made a down payment, and still no pavers.The excavation team was supposedly suppose to come out Saturday May 6th 2023 and still we have no confirmation. meanwhile part of our lawn is dug up with pipes exposed, sprinkles are nonfunctional and our recently resoded lawn is also now dying due to delay.We.need a resolution for completion of this project.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    We have requested a refund of the down payment paid since again we were promised a date to complete the job and again it was never done .We were told that we would get a refund and ****** was also suppose to come by to look at damages to lawn and sprinkler that occurred because of delays and lawn being dug up for months by him.****** never came by the residence we also sent pictures of the damages as he requested for reimbursement. We texted ****** on many occasions may 8th he said he said he requested refund from vendors,my husband also called him and was told we should be expecting refund in a couple days we have received nothing we texted him on May 16th, May 19th , and May 24th we have gotten no response and no refunds or compensation for damage lawn and sprinklers

    I fully explained the complaint in my attached PDF but, here is a brief statement: Last year, October 2021 I paid a deposit of $1540 for paver installations to C&M Renovation LLC. To my understanding the pavers that I wanted were supposed to be ordered in October 2021 and should have been ready for pickup in January 2022. The owner, ******, verbally told me that it would take **** weeks for Oldcastle Coastal to make the pavers and that the pavers would sit at Oldcastle Coastal until I was ready for installation (mid 2022, as it will take some time for my custom driveway fence to be made). This turned out to be a lie because ********* Coastal never holds pavers at their yard for more than a few weeks, and if not picked up, they will refund you the money and sell it to another customer. I had a funny feeling about the pavers and kept getting the runaround from ****** stating that he ordered the pavers through a guy named ****, then that he ordered through Mesa. In actuality, he never ordered the pavers and I had to be a pest to get him to order. In July 2022, my driveway was excavated. In September 2022, the pavers were finally ordered but ********* Coastal never received payment or a date for when ****** would pick them up. Since I never could get a hold of ****** and ********* wasnt going to hold the pavers much longer, I went ahead and paid for the pavers out of pocket and reached out to him to request a $1336 (Initial Deposit: $1540.00 - Driveway Excavation (340 sq ft): $204.00 = $1336.00) refund but received no response. I paid through PayPal but since its over 180 days, I cant get my money back. I tried disputing with my bank but they couldnt as it was an authorized payment.Another company will install my pavers for $2400. I have no interest in letting C&M Renovation LLC install my pavers or doing business with them and would only like a refund. Moreover - C&M Renovation LLC has another number*************) and email *****************************************
