    They send out fake invoices pretending to book you hotels for conferences. Then they use Intuits payment gateway to collect payment for the fake hotel reservations. Intuit pays the invoices since they are set to autopay with your credit info that they have stored from when you paid other vendors.

    You booked with us on July 13th, 2023 at ********************** via our website, and you received a copy of booking form that you submitted over our website your email once you made the reservation, Also you received an automatic reminder for the balance due on February 21st, 2024 that the card on file will be charge within the next 24 to 48 business hours, including this email all contact for our company, and we didn't receive any replay from your side says i want to cancel or anything like that, so the card was automatically charge for the balance due.

    Anyways we refund the balance amount of $373.24 and everything is good to go.

    ************ is deceitful in practice. They advertise hotel room rates that are lower than the contracted room rate of conferences and trade shows. They don't have an agreement with the hotel where the conference is being held, however they claim to reserve rooms there at lower rates and take customer's payment/deposits. I am the meeting manager of a conference and contracted a room block at a hotel with specific group rates. I received an email promotion from this company advertising MY conference and rates lower than my contracted rate. When I called them, they told me that they work independently from the hotel. The agent couldn't tell me how they get the lower rate and suggested that I send an email to ************************************* ************ needs to be shut down and cease all deceitful practices.

    CHECK IN NOW is not a deceptive practice company, we have very good rates all over the world like I said when I contacted our customer service we didn't mention we are associated with the show or the hotel and how to get our rates this thing we are affiliated with the biggest hotel suppliers. We have served over ****** customers to get the best price for accommodation, also they used to use our services for any business or personal trip.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    In your response, you stated that you did not mention the show or hotel. In the email evidence that I provided, it clearly shows that your company is trying to book hotel rooms for my event, the Strandness Symposium. These are deceptive practices. All of the complaints against your company on the BBB are very similar to mine.

    Check In Now, out of *****, has called my company THREE TIMES after asking to be removed from their calling list. They admitting said that the ***************************** did not contract through them, yet they continue to fraudulently represent themselves as the "housing vendor" for the *** EXPO 2023. They are using last years exhibitor list, trying to confirm a hotel booking, and making money. And of course, there is always the chance the company is spam and no hotel reservation is actually made. They say, 'we see you are exhibiting', which my company is not exhibiting. - ************************* called on 10/18/22 and asked her to remove me from the list. - ******** **** called on 11/21.

    Check In Now called POSING AS THE ***** about booking rooms for a trade show we were attending.They offered lower rates but didn't know the hotel name or details or our reservations.A little snooping and the phone number they called from comes back to Check In Now We contacted the hotel and they confirmed that they, the hotel, did not make any calls nor did they have any partnership with Check In Now When we confronted Check In Now they responded with profanity.A little more digging shows their website is based in ***** Eqypt....This is a scam business

    Check in now is an elite travel agency with experienced travel consultants that provide travel service solutions through our affiliation with some of the largest hotel suppliers throughout the globe,however, we have never once mentioned that we have any affiliation with the conference every reservation contract you have signed along with any information we have sent from our side contained the company info company name,website, and phone numbers, we have been in business for years booking hotels for over ****** loyal clients traveling throughout the year many use our rates for different events, and some for personal travel. The bottom line is we are a major competitor to many travel agencies and trade shows, and as long as we keep providing our service guaranteeing the best rate for all the hotels we offer we are continuing to serve our clients with great pleasure.

    Check In Now is using deceptive business practices related to conference housing. They emailed several of our constituents with an email that lists the name of our association and our conference dates and gives the impression that they are serving as a vendor or housing partner to our conference. Additionally, the email itself indicates that the recipients have opted-in to a mailing list, which in inaccurate. We do not sell or distribute our mailing lists in any way. I did call to speak with them and was told they were simply trying to help people make the trip to our conference. Practices like this are predatory and have the potential to harm attendees who have no guarantee they are working with a reputable vendor. We have NO relationship to Check In Now and do not endorse their products, services, or their deceptive business practices.

    CheckiNow skims websites for contact information, adds people to their mailing lists without consent, then targets them with "exclusive offers" for hotel accommodations for upcoming industry conferences and events. They do not solicit or receive authorization from event and conference organizers, but their emails give the impression that they have. This company does nothing but spam, phish and ultimately scam people.

The bottom line is we are a major competitor to many travel agencies and tread shows, and as long as we keep providing our service guaranteeing the best rate for all the hotels we offer we are continuing to serve our clients with great pleasure regardless. we kindly hope for you to reconsider canceling, and we hope that you could give our reservation team a chance to provide you with the best rates and hotel options for any future upcoming travel.
