    Beware! ***** infested ! Charges bank card higher rates than confirmed reservation prices! My family and I were in town April 7th for a soccer tournament. We decided to stay at this establishment because our son's friend was staying there. We checked in and was told there would be an additional $50.00 deposit that would be returned upon check out...We went to our room noticed that it was decent, but not clean, "food in fridge from previous stay". Not a big deal... we immediately left for tournament. When we came back a couple hours later we ordered pizza, and set on counter, within minutes there were German roaches all over the pizza and counter. I immediately went to front desk to report. They said they had no more rooms available and that management would contact us in the morning. We all stayed in the same bed that night as roaches were everywhere. We checked out in the morning, I asked for management once again was told they would contact me.. the following day I was charged $****** for room. My reservation was for ****** after taxes.I called again and was told management would get back to me. I disputed charges with bank, however I was still charged $****** I have called several times and management has yet to return any of my calls. As of today 5/15/2024 my bank has reverersed charges and charge me ****** This is not fair, and the health department should close this establishment. License should be revoked for unfair practices of over charging.Stay away

    I have always had a good experience with Red Roof Inn but this particular hotel scams you into getting there with a low discount rate and once you get there you find out there is no hot water. The problem is posted in writing at the front as if it is a temporary problem being fixed but it is ongoing. Come to find out it's been going on exactly for more that a year now. Bad reviews date all the way back to 2022. Wish I had seen that sooner. When I questioned them about speaking to the manager they just said they are working on it and he will call my room. Three days went by and all he did was hide. I feel sorry for the permanent residents, families living in the hotel with children at least we can go home to a hot shower. The front desk staff are not pleasant at all and the manager hides and avoids all complaints. They tried to tell me on checkout that there was nothing that they could do and that the reason I received the discounted price was because of the water problem. I proceeded to tell them nowhere was it stated that I was getting a discount because of a problem. Then they tried to blame the booking company. By coincidence next day the "temporary" hot water problem was on there website. Which later was removed as I have been keeping track of them in order to file a complaint. I spoke to some of the workers and the families to confirm all I'm saying. The room was musty and needs some upgrading but the only good thing I can say about the place was the pool in the sun was nice and warmer than my cold shower. This location puts a bad name on other Red Roof's Ive stayed at. This is FRAUD and it is an abuse of peoples hard earned money especially on their permanent residents. It was a horrible experience and I've never dealt with a business not willing to correct a problem. I can understand an emergency situation but not a year long situation without correction.

    I currently have a refund investigation open for my case. My husband and I had a 2 night reservation booked here. We checked in and the first room they gave us the AC wasnt working and there was a really bad smell to the room. Like a musty wet dog smell. Then we pulled the sheets back and there were multiple stains and hair all over the bed. So we asked if there was another room or if we could have some clean sheets. They apologized said no problem and gave us a different room. This room was way worse. We walked in and the toilet was clogged, like to the brim with poop, toilet paper, etc. There was a dog urine stain on the floor right when you walked in, bugs in the bathtub, weird marks all over the walls by the toilet, stains on the sheets, etc. We called the front desk to see if someone could unclog the toilet, they said no one can do it until morning. We decided to check out. We asked the front desk for a refund. They said we need to call corporate. Corporate is telling us its expedia who needs to refund us, expedia is telling me the property needs to refund this. The property manager of this establishment has denied me a refund at this time, even though i provided photos and proved we did not stay here. We ended up staying at a wonderful la quinta down the road. If you are the property manager reading this, take more pride in your establishment. Also, do the right thing. The property is responsible for breaking the "terms and conditions" contract. We did not stay at your establishment due to the hazardous conditions and not having a working toilet. The least you can do is do the right thing and refund us. At this point you have stolen 200$ from a very hard working family.
