    We were contacted by this company, we asked for pricing for health care. After getting the pricing , we said we wanted to talk to our provider,before going forward. The agent said the best way to do it, was to give him all our information, so that when we are ready , it was all set up.We told him , we would let him know in a week, what we would be doing and he said that was fine and scheduled a phone call with him for a week later. We talked to our provider and decided to stay with them. So we tried calling the next 2 days (Friday and Saturday) , but to no avail. The agent went ahead and sent it thru without our permission and charged our account. I wouldnt advise anyone to use this company, as they dont listen to what the customer wants.

    Very easy to contact. Personnel are cordial & knowledgeable. Follow up after an insurer initially denied my requested ******** Supplemental coverage was spotty & further hampered by year end holidays. The number of potential insurers available to me seems rather small.

    We used EIP when we first turned 65. They were very helpful in applying for supplemental and part d prescription drug coverage. This year our premiums were scheduled to increase materially so we reached out to *** to explore options. *** identified the same coverage at a lower price, and then spent the 45 minutes with my wife, and with me, to take the application. They have been very responsive, very professional and helpful.
