      I received a phone call from a representative by the name of Tracy. He was selling health insurance and explained all the benefits to me and we came to an agreement that he would call me back on October 12, 2021 to see if I wanted the health insurance or not. He did not call on the 12th and I called him back on the 13th. He answered and told me that he would send me a number to call to cancel any transactions that was going to be done that month. He never sent me any number to cancel the policy and the company took out $225.00 out of the bank account. I called the company to get my money back but I haven't received any money as of this day. They told me it would take 3 to 5 business to receive the money but I still didn't get my money back. I don't know what else to do to get my money back. Please advice on this matter. As the program manager, Benefytt Technologies, Inc. ("Benefytt") is responsible for the billing and fulfillment of the consumer's policy. The consumer enrolled into the Coverage and association plan on November 1, 2021, through an independent agent, after reviewing the electronic application and disclosures. After reviewing the payment history, Benefytt has refunded the member a total of $225.65. As of November 10, 2021, this refund has been completed. We ask that the BBB consider the matter closed at this time. Thank you, Benefytt Compliance Team.

      Sep 1st 2021 282.20 Also on oct 4th 2021 60.40 I have never heard of this company I have no association with them I have zero emails from them I even tried logging into their website to double check if I had an account I do not. They have charged my card twice they do not answer the phone email does not work when I email them. I'm broke enough as is I need this money back I have a baby.

We did not have a policy in ******* *****'s name. However, we were able to determine that her payment information was provided for a policy purchased on August 31, 2021, by a person residing at her same address. If she is unfamiliar with the purchase or did not authorize, we would be happy to refund the amount we show in our payment history. If she needs additional information about the policy purchase, please let us know and we will speak with her directly.

      I have sent multiple emails to Benefytt requesting to stop receiving their advertising from their "Medicare Coverage Helpline" business but I still have not received a response. I am receiving correspondence address to somebody named Nicolas E., but there is no such person at my address.

Although they deny that they have such a name on their database, here is the proof from the latest letter I received from them. I consider the matter as resolved since they say they have added my address to their do-not-mail list. We will see if the mailings really stop.
