    I call ACS on 7 August to inquire about an issue with water pressure of my irrigation system.They replaced my pump 19 January 2023 and my Pressure tank 22 August 2022.They came out and said I had a leak. They replaced 3 of 7 valves for $950.The issue was no resolved.They came back out 20 August and replaced the other 4 valves. While they were doing the valves I showed the irrigation tech there was no air pressure in the pressure tank. It had nothing to do with the valves, and the pressure tank was faulty and should be replaced.Several appointment attempts were made in September, but the tech always had an excuse for not making it out for replacement. I have made multiple calls since 21 September, but calls and messages are no longer being returned. Id like them to replace the tank.

    Spent several thousand dollars for a French Drain in my backyard. I was charged for materials and labor I did not need and did nothing to fix the water problem. Outdated materials were used and improper and faulty installation was performed. Pipes put in backwards, 4" piping was not wrapped, little to no base stone was used, improper flow caused back flow to the problem catch drain and my yard and the neighbors was a mess.

    Rick your system was installed 3 years ago over the our warranty time period. Their are many variables that could cause problems especially over period of not doing maintenance. It has been our experience system need to get flushed out every five years from debris leaves, or yard waste. Often times if you have many trees present the recommendation is unclog your system every two years to maintain water flow as expected.

    Bernie, It's not yet 3 years but that is beside the point.
    The issue is you charged me for a 50 gallon catch basin, plus labor, which did absolutely NOTHING to fix my water issue.
    You also did not wrap the piping in a membrane to avoid dirt and debris from getting in the piping.
    You also used VERY LITTLE and in most of the piping length NO stone base.
    You also set the split piping to cause back flow to the catch basin I was having water issues with.
    You also (on the long run on the side of the house) installed a PVC pipe in backwards.
    And you also made a complete mess of my yard which was totally unnecessary.
    Your comments were not applicable to my job at all. I have a slew of pictures to substantiate everything I outlined above.

    Several weeks ago I spoke with the owner of ACS Irrigation involving a French Drain system I had them install in 2019. We agreed to a refund to help me offset some of my out of pocket expenses. I just received the balance we agreed to and I now consider this matter closed. Although ACS Irrigation was not under any legal obligation, I appreciate being able to cover some of my costs.
