    I recently bought kitchen cabinets from Panda Kitchen & Bath of Tampa. Cindy M****** the designer from Panda kitchen recommended an installer for kitchen cabinets for me to hire. His name is Roberto and they told me that he was a former employee of Panda, so he was trustworthy. The kitchen cabinets I purchased have a standard height of 34 1/2, and Panda confirmed to me that the kitchen cabinets were 34 1/2. When installed, the kitchen cabinets were cut to 34 1/1 by Roberto whom I hired on recommendation from Panda Kitchen. Now I have a problem installing the countertop due to the cut he made. I had estimates from 4 different companies who do install of the countertop say that since the cabinets were intentionally cut to 34 1/1, it would make the install of the countertop difficult due to the size difference. I tried to talk to the owner of Panda kitchen & Bath of Tampa on the phone, but they wouldn't call him or her to the phone and the manager hung up on me. I came to Panda Kitchen & Bath in Tampa to personally talk to the owner of the company to try and solve the problem. At the reception desk, I was told that the owner was at lunch, the time was 13:40pm the manager who hung up the phone did not want to talk to me, she just left the store. They did not allow me to talk to the owner of the company in all possible ways. They didn't tell the owner I needed to talk to him. That's how business runs Panda Kitchen & Bath of Tampa. Roberto who installed the kitchen refuses to correct his mistake. The designer from Panda Kitchen is Cindy M****** who was rude and would not allow me to talk to the owner.
