I went to Lecada on 5/31/22 for filler in my cheeks and I was talked into getting *** threads on my mid and lower face from the injector and I still have yet to see any results. I called and was told I will be able to see the results over time becuase as the threads dissolve it will build collegan and the results should last up to 2 years. Its been 6 months and I still do not see any type of results. In fact, my face looks worse now than before I had the *** threads inserted. My husband had the same procedure done the same day as I did and he doesnt see any results either and the injector had a hard time inserting the last one or two thread and he was bleeding all over the place that it ruined one of his expensive shirts. I am very disappointed that I see no results at all and my wrinkles look more prominet now then when I went in for this procedure. I paid over $2500.00 for this procedure and so did my husband. I am very disappointed in Lecada and very disappointed I dont see results nor does my husband. They have before pics and I can send a currect pic or a picture a month after I had the procedure if needed.Initial Complaint

I had Botox in the past and that is what makes me so upset. Unfortunately the normal girl i saw many times was on maternity leave so i had to take someone else but i wont mention names. Unfortunately I made the mistake of spending $3500 on PDO threads and jaw filler as well as Botox and my eyebrows never lifted and my lips looked the same except with a bunch of bruises. This entire visit cost me $4500. Not only was it the most painful recovery of my life, but zero results. They keep saying 6 months it will show results, it has been over 4 months and one of the ladies up front had the same procedure except only half her neck not the entire neck like me, and she had immediate results so she said and I am 6 years younger then her. Every other place that does PDO threads shows some immediate results. After all the pain and money, It looks exactly the same. As a 49 year old woman I was so excited but only went thru horrible pain, lost money with zero results. As well I scared the c*** out of my family with the horrible swelling which I was told people like. Look at my pictures, does that look nice to you. The last pic is the after. I think my neck actually looks worse then before the procedure.Business Response

******************** was seen in our aesthetic clinic five times starting in March of 2021. She has been treated by several of our medical providers, who all have extensive experience and training in the procedures she describes. We have been in South ***** for almost *************************************************** the ***** Bay area for Botox, several of the filler companies, and the largest provider of PDO threads. ******************** was treated in May of 2022 with the all of these products. One of those treatments, PDO threads, is a collagen building treatment which may take up to 6 months to see final results. In some cases, a small percentage of the treatment may be seen immediately, mostly due to the swelling from placing the dissolvable threads. This is a non surgical treatment, however some recovery time is expected as with most non surgical treatments. Although not a surgical recovery, it may involve bruising and swelling in some cases (more so for patients on blood thinning medications, drinking, etc.). That said, any and all of our treatments may yield some healing time and should be expected. ******************** was made aware of this, as are all of our patients through verbal communication and signed consent forms. We established proper follow up communication with ******************** the day after her treatment via a phone call. She stated she was bruised and swollen and stated she knew this was to be expected. A few weeks later, she began called to express her concern that she did not see results from her PDO thread treatment. Once again, we explained this was normal and she must be patient. Randomly, ******************** began messaging us on social media at all hours of the night claiming she was scammed and other ramblings. Repeatedly, we urged her to come in for a proper office visit so we could assess her results in person. ******************** never called our office or acted upon our requests for an office visit. Reaching out to the BBB to request a refund based on unrealistic expectations is a waste of everyone's time. We provided a service to this customer and were willing to work with her to address any of her concerns from the first day of her treatment. Unfortunately, we cannot "take back" the products we administered. If the results were not to her satisfaction, why hasn't she returned to our clinic for a proper assessment and communication with our medical team? Making a claim based on "every other place shows immediate results" is a case of reality vs. what is presented on social media. It has been 3 months since her treatment, as stated previously, this is not how the treatment works. It may take months more to see final results. We are hopeful ******************** will eventually find another aesthetic clinic to meet her needs. We intend to continue providing excellence in advanced injectables and other non surgical treatments to the ***** Bay area, just as we have done for thousands of patients over the last 13 years. We appreciate the opportunity to explain our position. We are happy to provide any additional information or supporting documentation at your request.
Thank you for your consideration,

I am rejecting this response because:Lecada never responded to my review on their website nor did I ever contact them at all hours. My daughter emailed them pictures since she was with me and their response was to wait. I have documents of all of this activity. They simply kept telling me to wait because they knew that I only had 69 days to dispute the charge with my bank. Their response were complete lies.
Sincerely,

An aesthetic service was provided to this customer, at her request. This service stimulates collagen, which may take months to fully show results (this is not a surgical option). Further, many lifestyle choices play a role in the final results (such as drinking, smoking, sun exposure, lack of sleep and proper hydration, etc.). We provided a service and we were paid for this service. We see no reason to continue the back and forth. She seems to have a case of buyers remorse and that is certainly not the responsibility of this business. We no longer wish to engage with this customer, as we are being harassed by this customer and her family. Thank you - The ********************** TeamCustomer Answer

I am rejecting this response because as you can see if this recently deleted post on the website, they have a patient in the middle of the same procedure showing immediate results but I am told now 3 to 6 months and it has been 4 already.
Sincerely,
