  Extremely rude consultant. I called regarding unpaid wages from an employer and they were extremely confrontational during the phone call and very snippy with how they talked to me. Ended up saying that they won't help me because they only deal with issues where the employer owes the employee thousands of dollars. It says nothing of that on any of their pages. I left the call feeling defeated by both my employer and this company who I sought out to assist me in these difficult times and was treated very poorly as a potential client even if I couldn't be assisted the tone and utter dismissal with completely inappropriate.

  Speaking from Experience, I would not recommend this law firm to anyone they only care about quick settlements please stay away, if the other party refuse to settle they will drop the case they will not fight for you, they are the worse, rude and nasty attitude again PLEASE STAY AWAY

  I have also experienced them ******** me over! They said they handle Mediation claims and then noted they don't handle litigation. The defendant offered a small settlement that wasn't acceptable and I asked for a release and they are putting a LIEN on anything that was offered during mediation. I get some folks need to make money but ******** clients is disgusting! We are already down and they already know from the get go that this will most likely happen and that they WIN regardless! Snakes and absolutely disgusting! I feel like I have been scammed and it looks like that from the comments below. Maybe we all should file a class action lawsuit against them for misleading clients and ******** us all over!

  Caution: This firm primarily focuses on prelitigation services. In my case, they discontinued representation just days before the deadline to file a lawsuit, leaving me in a challenging position to find another attorney at the last minute. Its important for potential clients to be aware that the firms scope is limited to the prelitigation stage. This might influence the dynamics of negotiation, as opposing counsel could be aware of the firms limitations and anticipate their strategy. I would recommend prospective clients to thoroughly understand the extent of representation and consider this when seeking legal assistance for time-sensitive matters.

  I give a 0 star review. Constantly misinformed me, never knew or tried to u detest and my case, do not use them!! They also take 40% of the judgement even though they never go to court for you. You have to hire a real lawyer to go to court for you, but they get 40% of the judgment awarded. They are a scam and should be closed down. They never gave any updates during the case. They missed many incorrect details made by the opposing counsel in several legal documents, they didnt correct any of the incorrect information, they mislead me on what they do for their clients and payment, they allowed the opposing counsel to give a settlement offer 10 days before my NTRS was about up making it almost impossible to decline the offer. Total scam! Do not use!

  I contacted Spielberger Law Group in April of 2023 to help me with being discriminated during and after my pregnancy with my previous employer. It was a complete waste of time. I worked with Gabrielle K and she wasted my time for 4 months. When my previous employer responded to my lawsuit and provided their documents about what happened Gabrielle automatically believed them instead of hearing my side of the story. There was missing evidence and documents I could have provided her and she wasn’t confident she could get me a settlement. I could have worked with a different law office if I knew Gabrielle wasn’t confident she could handle the job. Do yourself a favor and go with a law office that will listen to your concerns and review your evidence before making an assumption about what happened.
