1 starThis practice (all locations) shouldn't be in operation. The billing system is flawed & hard to navigate. I arrived early to my appointments but was delayed often due to figuring out what to pay & how were prior payments applied. I witnessed other patients with balances being seen while I usually had to get the business office involved. I initially sought out FOI for a hurt foot due to running into a cabinet, tingling in right hand, & shoulder pain ( both not related). I was given a boot which I had to stop wearing as it caused knee pain which I NEVER had before. I had an *** done on my hand which caused ongoing pain coupled with twitching of fingers which I had did not before. When I spoke with Dr. ****** he denied anyone ever complaining. The most insulting & egregious physician is Dr. ***** He brought an unidentified person to my appointment who did not identify themself. Dr. **** expressed I had mild/moderate corporal tunnel syndrome & advised surgery. When asked were there any alternatives he left the exam & never returned. The unidentified person began to speak to me about my care and I had to interrupt him to learn who he was. He told me his name (****) and expressed he was the mouth piece for the Dr ***** I thanked **** but wanted to speak with management about my experience. I discussed all my FOI issues & ultimately was connected to customer support. Through this I was able to be seen by Dr. ****** for the hand who still denied the *** could have caused pain or twitching. Ultimately, FOI sent me a certified letter in the mail informing I could no longer be seen at any locations based on my visit with Dr. **** and if I needed emergency orthopaedic services I could see him. To add insult, when I ordered my medical records, my visit with Dr. **** didnt reflect what happened during the exam summary notes. This practice does not care about patients, has a flawed billing practice, and fraudulent record takers. At all cost, stay away from this company.Review fromAndrei L

2 starsThe group has evolved into a money-making factory. We are a family with four children, all college athletes, and we had to deal with FOI several times. Misdiagnosed three times. Several surgeries. Unless you know the doctor personally, you may see a good doc, but staff, scheduling, PT and particularly post-op is consistently horrible. Nobody cares about patients here. It's all about patient throughput and maximizing the billing. Look for second opinions! Look for alternatives! I believe even good docs are melted into revenue generating assets in this business.Review fromMaria K

1 starBilling and posting incorrectly! I am arguing with these people over $25 copay I dont have since the billing department is horrible! There were two charges and they are only acknowledging one charge. Getting emails from staff that do not care enough to read explanations of benefits and making sure posting was correctly done! Useless communication from them! It states I owe nothing do to their contract with this provider! I have requested and adult wit age call me??Review fromJessica M

1 starDr. N***** and his staff have shown unprofessionalism, lack of empathy, lack of communication and dishonesty. I have been a patient for of N***** for roughly 2 yrs and of patient of FOI for many yrs with multiple specialists. This is not the first complaint with this company. But it will be my last. I will be looking for treatment elsewhere going forward. I have tried getting in touch with someone to talk to in reference to this matter before going forward with this grievance. To no surprise no one has gotten back to me. It did not have to turn out this way. I suggest you read reviews before seeing a specialist. Good care is hard to find now a days.Review fromJane S

1 starIf I could give 0 stars I would. They charge their patients a $25 cancellation fee if they don't cancel 24 hours in advance. However, my doctor did not show up for my appointment without any notice. Just a no-show. No email, no phone call, no text - nothing. There were patients who came to ******* all the way from ***********. None of us had received a cancellation notice. I asked if they would pay us a $25 no-show fee. They told me it only applies to their patients, not the other way around. Shameful. They have a call center for appointments outside the **. You can barely understand them and sometimes they just hang up on you. I had to call 3 times to get an appointment. If you ask for a manager or supervisor, they place you on hold for a very long time. Will never use them again. They are like a big machine that has a near-monopoly position in ***** and is trying to get a monopoly position in all of Florida. Good to line their pockets but horrible for patients.Review fromMichele L

1 starI understand why their ratings are so low. I went in after falling and hurting my wrist. I saw a PA who told me the radiographs were negative and to reach out if it didn’t improve. Which it didn’t - so they ordered a CT -which cost me more. Now, even though I myself am a Dr., they won’t release the results of that CT without me scheduling another appointment with their specialist. Nor will they release my medical records to me. No one mentioned or scheduled a follow up. They care so little about patient care. They said I needed to schedule a follow up in two weeks. I do surgery myself and am wondering if it soft tissue injury that just needs rest or if there is a fracture they missed with their first diagnostic and now will not give me that information unless I go to another Dr. Am I injuring my wrist more and predisposing myself to arthritis in that wrist? If there is an issue don’t you think it should be known? Absolutely egregious money making scam to get you to follow up with their staff. Never to go here again!

1 starThe worst group I've had the opportunity to meet. I needed my knee looked at did all the leg work was in so much pain doing it also did MRI that they said I would need because they always take a wasteful Xray. ***** that's how these company's make more money. Got the paper referral and that was not good enough, so I asked my Dr for an electronic referral They complained they did not receive or talk to my Dr in three attempts. I found myself doing all the work with no care at all for the patient on both side of the spectrum I ask her to speak to my Dr that was waiting for their call as to what they actually needed, and the girl ****** said NO she would not call because they did it already three time's! I am now looking for a new Dr. I have been treated like a piece of meat I will never recommend this group seams there too big to do the work for their patients. The factsheets/electronic factsheet went somewhere in that big company that my Dr ***** The worst twice experience ever!Review fromGail S

1 starHorrible staff and management. I had issues with ********* at ********************** office that she canceled my surgery twice and because I told her I was going to complain because of her rudeness and lack of concern, she rebelled and made up some story that I said bad things to her. Listed to the conversation on the phone if it's recorded before you take your staff's word for it. No patient should be treated the ways she treated me and she got me blocked from getting any care there because she turned it around on me. I sent ****************** an email and the head of complaints and didn't hear back from either. A representative called and couldn't get ahold of anyone either. They don't answer the phone and are so unprofessional. Now after all I went through I have to get it somewhere else. I guess they don't want to make as much money as they could because they put incompetent people as assistants to work in front. I have had other friend who went there and said they went somewhere else too and just read the reviews on here and Yelp - places they can't control. Great doctors but their management and staff need help.Review fromRosa F

1 starHorrible experience. Worst ever with a medical facility. ****************** is a narcissist, pompous jerk and most of his staff are not much better. They are rude and condescending and dont give a **** about patient needs. The doctor, refused my emergency call via his answering service, even though I had called only one time previously. The answering service said ***************** said he would not be accepting any more phone calls from you. Who the h*** does he think he is??? He and his staff forget they are working FOR the patient not the other way around. Please find a different orthopedic. One that actually believes in the patient first form of medicine. Avoid the at all costs!Review fromDaniel C

1 starI was sent to you by workers compensation for a back injury that occurred 3 months ago. I was given some X-rays and the doctor came in, ************************************************. He didn't listen to me, spoke to me for a couple of minutes, tell me that my injury is healed and would not be giving me any treatment. I was not given a consultation or examination I wasn't even given a conversation. It was obvious that, since I was here at the workers compensation, there wasn't enough money to take interest in my suffering. To be dismissed out of hand is really telling of this business practice, so it doesn't surprise me that it is not BBB accredited. I'll be seeking a second opinion elsewhere, hopefully a place where a patient's concerns are even minimally addressed.
