      Became a patient at the referral of my GP in early 2022 due to a chronic condition later diagnosed by same GP as something COMPLETELY unrelated to my lungs-after CT scans, and numerous other tests; including an at-home sleep exam to which they wanted to repeat because it only recorded 4 hours of data, because I only sleep about 3-4 hours a night. After several office visits (never once seeing Dr Rafael M*******), I was prescribed an alternate medication on April 8, 2022. A Dr Z***** (another DR I have also never seen) sent the medication request on 4/8 to my RX, however insurance co requested a DR's explanation to complete a form on "why" we were switching, sent on 4/8. On 4/11, I called the office, left a voice message seeking followed up. 4/12, called again, where someone stated an assistant would call me back; didn't happen. 4/13, I called again and left voice message. 4/14, now daily calls also included an email with a response of, "we will forward this along to Dr M*******". 4/15, called insurance co for assistance to get a doctor response. They did speak to someone but not a nurse or a doctor; stating someone would address. @4:23PM on 4/15, received an email from office, "GOOD AFTERNOON, SORRY FOR ANY INCONVINIANCE, I JUST GOT OFF THE PHONE WITH WALGREENS AND THEY CAN NOT FILL MEDICATION UNTIL 04/19/2022." After 7 full days, the response quoted above was proof that no one ever looked into this request, including a nurse, doctor or office manager. The refill "inconvenience", was NEVER a refill request on the partial initially prescribed, which ran out 4/8. This has always been a REPLACEMENT, as prescribed one of the numerous doctors I have seen during my treatment. This office team and doctors are dangerously disconnected, unresponsive and clearly not tracking patient care as prescribed. When I woke up this morning at 3:45AM, my first thoughts were of Pulmonary and Sleep of Tampa, as you can imagine!
