Wish I could leave ZERO stars. Driver picked me up on 12/28 for nonemergency medical transport. Driver was doing 97mph on I-4 weaving in and out of traffic, cutting off semi trucks! When I asked him to slow down, that we had plenty of time to get to the appt, and his driving was scaring me, he literally yelled that he didn't care what I thought of his driving, he wasn't changing for anyone, and he left me in a Publix Parking lot 30+ miles away from my appointment (and farther than that away from my home). Then I discovered the driver has a very long and violent criminal history. He should not be driving for a transport company and the company SAYS they do background checks but obviously they don't, because FDLE website is public access and he is a convicted felon.
