I personally believe that Fay Servicing is a total rip off. I sent money three different times to payoff my loan. The first two payments were returned. However, I only received the 1st returned payment. Then is was notified that my mortgage was late! Really? Then I asked what is the principal amount until Fay Servicing figure out the escrow. I sent that exact amount. The following month I received what was suppose to be the final amount...Payoff with no adjustment to the Escrow. I've asked several times for the system to be corrected. I was told to send in the money. I am filing with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.

This company has been bad with customer service. There has been over charging fees,payments, high inrest rates and some of my payments were not credit to my account . They seem to be incompetent of managing people accounts accurate and timely. Don't seem to care about how they are dishonestly operating and conducting business. Sorry that they took over my other loan. Bad company with poor business an bad rating that is hurting and taking advantage of alot of customers.Review from B. M

They provide illegal loans by forging peoples names on the loan app. They put your name, unknown to you, on the application and all of a sudden your credit score drops and you owe money for a property you never took a loan out for

Crooks.Raised my rate way above market and they pretended not to have received my check paying the loan off, even though the check was sent the exact same way as all my payments over the years.Review from Samantha B

ABSOLUTLT THE WORST !!Save yourself the suffering and do not do any business with is company. #1 they purposely have no working phone number where you can speak to a human #2 we made an escrow payment last month and because their antiquated system can't handle an escrow payment and a monthly mortgage payment 3 days apart, they deleted out mortgage payment!! no one ever notified us. we didn't know till we logged in and saw a late fee hit our account for non payment.WHAT A JOKE!! Scammers who should not be allowed to do business.Then they denied our request to remove escrow from out loan because we've "had a late payment"Review from Joey H

For the same home loan Ive had three companies and this one is by far the worst. Starting with 25+ calls I had to make to resolve a tax overpayment issue. Their tax department is not integrated with the rest of their company so you inevitably have to transfer back and forth because each department has limited account access. When you are transferred to the main line, the inefficiency of their phone tree system makes it so that you have to enter 20+ keystrokes each time. I had to start demanding supervisors because I was getting contradictory information and the issue took over 6 months to resolve. It is frustrating that such a company with this kind of customer service is in charge of so much money and I have no say who holds my mortgage.Review from Corey C

They consistently dont keep up with my insurance. I verified multiple times that my insurance agent has done the proper steps and because of this I have had multiple times where Ive had to call and spend hours getting them to reverse the existing policy that they put in place which is predatory and includes things that are not necessary, Im fed up with these guys if theres a way to change service I wish I could do it
