    HELLO MY NAME IS ***********************, I AM A 75-YEAR-OLD ******* VETERAN RESIDING IN ********* **** ***** I PURCHASED A 2010 VICTORY ***** ONLINE FROM RIDE PRO IN ***** ******* FOR $14.599.00 ON 9/30/2022.THE **** WAS DELIVERED AT NIGHT AND DUE TO THE ***** THAT I WAS NOT WELL AT THE ***** IT WAS PUT IN MY GARAGE AND STAYED THERE UNTIL APRIL WHEN THE WEATHER GOT WARMER AND I COULD START TAKING A GOOD LOOK AT IT.THE **** WOULD BARELY START WHEN IT WAS OFF LOADED FROM THE TRAILER SO I PUT IT ON A TRICKLE CHARGER THE BATTERY WOULD NOT HOLD A CHARGE.SO FAR, I REPLACED THE BATTERY, THE STARTER RELAY, AND THERE WAS NO AIR FILTER IN THE **** SO I INSTALLED ONE.THE BRAKE CALIPER ON THE LEFT SIDE SEIZED AND I HAD TO REMOVE BOTH AND CLEAN THEM.I TOLD **** THAT THE STEERING WAS WOBBLING AND I WAS TOLD TO GO FASTER AND IT WOULD STOP, NOT ONLY DID IT NOT STOP, BUT THE ***** END ALSO STARTED TO JUMP ON A TURN.I AM IN THE PROCESS OF REPLACING THE ***** WHEEL BEARINGS AND THEY ARE ALSO SEIZED, THERE IS A VISABLE BRAKE LINE ATTACHED TO THE ***** WITH PLASTIC TIES.I SPOKE TO **** THIS PAST WEEK WHO SOLD ME THE ***** AND HE SAID HE **** TESTED THE **** AND FOUND NOTHING WRONG THAT WAS WITHOUT A DOUBT A FALSE STATEMENT I REFUSE TO TAKE THIS **** ON THE **** DUE TO IT'S CONDITION BECAUSE THE MORE I TRY TO CORRECT THE MORE I FIND WRONG.I WAS LOOKING FOWARD TO GETTING A THREE-******* FOR STABILITY REASONS SO I CAN CONTINUE TO RIDE WITH MY GROUP WHO DOES MOTORCYCLE FUNERAL ESCORTS FOR VETERANS AND AMERICAN FLAG LINE AT FUNERAL HOMES.**** MADE NO EFFORT TO COME UP WITH ANY SOLUTION JUST MAKING EXCUSES ABOUT HOW THEY TEST EVERY **** THEY SELL WHICH IS COMICAL CONSIDERING THE CONDITION OF THE ***** I WAS SOLD BY RIDE PRO.THANK YOU **************

    A BBB claim?!  A first for us.    First of all, we'd like to say that we are very sorry that ****** is not satisfied with his purchase.   We have sold motorcycles online all over the world for the last 8 years and this is our first real complaint. 

    To address some of his issues;

    1. The delivery is out of our control.  We do not own the transport company and never have claimed to.   If a driver calls a customer and asks to deliver the bike at midnight (for example) it is completely up to the customer to accept or deny such request.   We have seen both sides of that happen.   Some people want it any time of the night and some prefer during the day.  This had NOTHING to do with Ride Pro.  Shipping this bike was something that you requested we schedule for you since we have transporters we work with regularly.   

    2. Every single bike we sell is sold the same way, AS-IS, no warranty.   Wether it's a 2022 (like we sold yesterday) or a ****, we sell them all the same way.  It is up to the customer to inspect and the decide if this is the bike for them.   When someone has a problem with a bike within a reasonable amount of time, we ask them to bring it in for us to look at.  We do ride every single bike, however trikes are all very different.   If a trike has an "Ez-Steer" installed it will handle a lot better than one with out.   I believe the trike in question did not come with one.   We have many customers who fly in from out of state to inspect/ride bikes and then have them shipped back up and we also have many who just buy them online sight unseen.   Either way we are not in the business of scamming people, we sell USED motorcycles and ****% of our previous customer are satisfied.  We have attached the Positive feedback left by ****** on our **** account.   **** considers us a "Top Rated seller: One of ****'s most reputable sellers".  We have attached a copy of our profile.   

    3. Lastly, and probably the biggest point is the date of sale.   This bike was sold and received over 8 months ago.    What business would refund after that amount of time?   Would AMAZON refund ?  ************* refund?  Would CARMAX refund?  Would a Private seller refund?    Of course not, so why would we?   All of our listings have a refund policy that is listed **** (where this purchase was also made).  Our refund period is within 3 days of delivery.  How are we supposed to know where or how this bike was stored for 8 months, weather could cause a lot of issues on motorcycles that sit parked.   

    Again, we are sorry for the frustration you have experienced as well as the medical issues you have dealt with, however we are stand up place and try our best to make people happy.   For the sake of having a resolution we'd be happy to offer a $200 refund.

    I am rejecting this response because: IT COST ME MORE THAN THAT TO TRY TO GET IT ON THE ***** THEY SHOULD SHOW SOME KIND OF HUMAN DECENCY IN DEALING WITH AN ELDERLY CUSTOMER WHO IS AN AMERICAN VETERAN. A SLAP IN THE **** OFFER TO SAY THE LEAST.
