I have bought two bikes from this company the first one I went through **** trying to get them to warranty everything that I needed to warranty the guy at the service department was awesome helped me as much as he could possibly do without getting himself in trouble or jeopardizing his job. The Kawasaki 900 that I bought in 2021 was put together poorly very poorly I financed a lot to do with the bike and was told a bunch of different things that were not true. Fast forward November of 2023 I buy a dirt bike but $1,400 down on a 4200 loan. I was told that it was same as cash if I paid it off within 6 months of the date of finance I paid it off 3 months later but I missed two payments and lost the 3 years of credit that I had built up Barney's which is now known as Rockstar powersports can't help me with this situation although they have tried I'm not sure if it's on the salesman on the financial people in the sales department or on the finance company themselves regardless of the situation I lost 3 years of good credit for two payments that I missed it was not same as cash to pay it off the bike needed a carburetor as soon as I got it they didn't even fill it up with fuel when I bought it the whole deal was completely misconstrued and was not explained properly to where I understood the facts of the deal because I never would have purchased the bike had I known that they were going to hold against me two payments because I was waiting on a lawsuit and they were aware of that I can told them that I was not going to pay any payments until I got my lawsuit and I was just going to pay the bike off they said no problem we're good with that it won't affect your credit go ahead with the deal and I gave them $1,400 of my money paid them $4,300 the day I paid it off because they charged me $2.32 every day that I was late on the first payment which ended up being 70 days late times $2.32 and then the 30 days for the last the second payment that I was late I had to pay $2.32
