      3 Guys Moving Exceeded All Expectations I cannot recommend 3 Guys Moving enough! From the initial quote to the final unpacked box, they provided exceptional service that made my move the easiest I've ever experienced.The packing team arrived right on time and worked with incredible efficiency. They carefully wrapped and packed all of my belongings, showing respect for even the smallest items. The moving crew was just as fantastic - friendly, professional, and incredibly strong! They handled my furniture with care, taking it apart and reassembling it with ease.With kids and a busy work schedule, moving is always a nightmare. 3 Guys Moving, however, made it genuinely stress-free. The entire team had great attitudes and took pride in their work. And the price? Unbeatable!Thank you to the entire staff at 3 Guys Moving for making this such a smooth transition!

      If I could take stars away I would. They handled my belongings very poorly. There was damage in almost every box. They took a piece of wood off my $6500 bedroom set that was less than 2 years old. They broke several antique items that are irreplaceable. They scuffed the baseboard of my new home. They offered me $75 . I would not recommend this company to my arch enemy. DI NOT USE THREE GUY MOVERS !!!

      Prompt, organized, and professional: From the time of booking to the time of arrival, every part of the process was completely seamless. **** was great to work with and coordinated what could have been a complicated **************. Remember Money ***** from 007? Thats definitely her! She and the team of movers made a potentially very stressful day go more smoothly than I could have hoped. I will definitely be using them for my next move!

      We have used 3 guys several times for moving purposes, I found their prices to be very competitive and fair. We've found them to be professional, integral, prompt and courteous. We would definitely use them should the need arise for any of our moving needs.

      We were very disappointed with 3 Guys Moving.First, the crew sent to do the work was inept, disagreeable, and rude On the day they delivered our furniture they complained about having to work on a Sunday. They handled our belongings with total disregard. Their attitude was unprofessional. Their work showed it.One example is that our television was never set up properly. We now have to call Best Buy to come to our home to set it up properly. Boxes that were clearly marked bedroom or kitchen were dumped wherever they felt a need to put them. Antique furniture was also broken.The estimate they provided us was $2,500. The final bill was $1,200 more than the estimate. I do not know the reason (it was never explained to us) but the cost was FAR beyond what we expected. Also, $125 overnight credit was never applied as promised.The claims service is abysmal. It places all of the responsibility on the client, the people who have incurred the damage to their belongings. It is entirely digital with convoluted email instructions. There is no one with whom to speak, only online forms and requests for absurd amounts of documentation. My wife and I are extremely busy unpacking and taking care of business matters relating to moving, not to mention that we had not set up any of the required Internet and computer capabilities needed to file an online claim. Hence, we have decided to just not spend our time filing a claim. We now have damaged furniture that we have to pay someone to repair. We had been assured that 3 Guys Moving was skilled at moving antique furniture. That clearly was not true.Bottom line, we have damaged furniture; they have our money.Would I recommend 3 Guys Moving to anyone? The answer is a resounding NO. In the middle of a very difficult, exceedingly exhausting move, we had to then deal with a company that sounded good when they came to our home, but ended up a complete disappointment.

      We have been working with and are aware of Mr. ******** concerns. Our most resent email communication with ****************** was to request that he inform us about any additional damages. He planned to be out of town until the end of October and was to notify us of any additional damage that he found after his return. We were and are still willing to work with him even after his refusal to follow our claim procedures. The intent was to offer a monetary customer service gesture and review any provided pictures of damages to see what we could further assist with. To date we have not received the requested information or pictures of any damage to his furnishings.
      We spoke with members of his crew and they were not aware of any tensions surrounding his delivery and were surprised to hear that The ******** were displeased. They did wish to apologize for any perceived discontent.  
      Regarding the price difference. Our initial estimate of was based on an in home estimate completed at the address of origin. We rely on customer information for logistics at destination, and in some cases a move will go over or under the estimate based on how long it takes the crew to deliver. We believe that this was the case with ****************** because he was delivering to a multilevel townhome and the majority was delivering upstairs.
      We would like to be able to resolve the issue of the damaged items.  However, in order to move forward we still need ***************** to provide pictures of the damaged items he wishes to claim.

      3 Guys Moving did a fantastic job with my recent move. Everyone from the office staff to the crew were so great to work with. The crew handled all my furniture with care and helped me box my 75 tv. The final bill was even less than my original quote. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

      We hired 3 Guys Moving for our out of state move to ** and couldn't be happier. We had the best experience anyone could ask for. This move was due to a relocation for work, and everything happened very quickly. 3 Guys Moving was able to pack all of our belongings, load everything and store it for us until we found a house in **. The crew was fantastic! ***** ***** and ***** did an amazing job boxing everything up and ********************** and crew were just as great getting it all loaded. When everything was delivered to our new home, the same care and detail was given to our belongings. Not even a scratch on anything, everything was perfect! Thank you to 3 Guys Moving for the wonderful experience.

      3 Guys Moving damaged my items and never resolved the issue. The guy that moved my items advised me that I could file a complaint when his co-worker broke my microwave plate that should have been inside the microwave but he took it out and why he did this I do not know. Also, they damaged an accent table and my dining room table, which was only a year old. When I notified them that they damaged the table they tried to deny they did it and said the damage was paint on the table but actually scrapes where the paint was scratched/ chipped off. My items were not damaged prior to my move and anything that had an issue I was aware of . These people are not honest and very unprofessional. When Jeff spoke with me he stated that I would be contated to have the items repaired but never occurred. I sent an email with pictures and he called me to have one of the movers attempt to quarrel over the phone and deny responsibility. I advised that I did not have time and was not going to go back and forth with them. Beware of this company

      I am sorry the issue was not resolved to your satisfaction. The last time we spoke, since you moved out of our service area, you were going to look locally to see if you could find someone near you to make the repairs to your furniture. I also asked you to order the microwave plate that was broken and we would gladly pay you for it. Our offer still stands. Again, sorry the move did not meet your expectations.
