    We had one successful move with them so we rescheduled for another local move. Confirmed date/time one week prior and the morning of the move, I confirmed again by text and phone call and was assured that the movers were on their way. I then get a call from another moving company who was picking up the slack for Men on the Move. There was a communication issue between moving companies and we were left with no mover in a building where we had to reserve an elevator. Men on the Move did nothing to try to remedy the situation. In fact, the owner said he was out of town. He never told me that another company would be moving us and he assured me that all was on schedule when I confirmed twice with him. The other moving company had no knowledge of my move and did scramble to try to find us a mover, with no luck. Men on the Move would not return a phone call or make any attempt to remedy the situation. Very unprofessional and irresponsible. Stay away!
