    I bought a car from Courtesy Nissan in Tampa May of 2024. At that time of buying my new vehicle, I traded in my Nissan ****** to the dealership. I signed over the title and released the car to them that day. However, current day I received a noticed from the ************************ (*********) that my Nissan Altima had been towed and impounded December 22, 2024, AFTER I traded it in to Courtesy Nissan, with total charges of $2,564.64. Nissan failed to complete the title transfer I had signed off almost a year ago. I am told the amount is my responsibility and can even be sent to collections. Nissan should be taking responsibility for the failure to do their jobs correctly. Also, my new Nissan Rogue, which I bought Certified Preowned, from this dealership, came with a handful of issues. For one, the tires had uneven wear and were needing to be replaced three months after purchase. I decided to go to another mechanic to complete an inspection because I could never get a straight answer from them whenever I brought it in. No accountability for selling me a vehicle with bad tires. I would NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone as they are not honest about how they do business.

    I am sorry to hear this however this car was sold at auction, and the buyer did not assign the title properly. The dealership does not assign title for vehicles sold at auction, that is a function of the purchasing entity. We have however reached out to the buyer to let them know their vehicle is still titled in the previous owner's name. We will let the customer know when the buyer responds and try to have this situation resolved as soon as possible.

    On 10/19/2024 I purchased a 2021 ******* ****** for ******. I put ***** down payment. I told them the vehicle was not the right price the Manager said it was a discount price he was giving me. The price online show the vehicle is ******. I started calling from 10/20 to 10/24. They always hangup on me or tell me the finance department is busy and they will call back

    I applied to purchase a car online, was ran through numerous banks and took a big hit to my credit was pre approved then the manager wanted to put me in a used car which defeats the purpose of me applying. Really disappointed, wasting my time and damage to my credit not a very good dealership.

    While I am disappointed to hear about Mr. ******* opinion, I fully reviewed his concern and deal file. He utilized our online buying tool and submitted himself to only one lender, that particular lender does have 3 subprime options that it re-routed to in the event of a decline. No one from the store ever submitted the application beyond the one Mr. ***** submitted himself on. Ultimately, I am unsure how to resolve the frustration of a scenario we were not responsible of the outcome. We would be happy to take a look at the application if Mr. ***** would like us to, being that a computer was the only entity that had any involvement in the approval process. I hope this provides some clarity to the concern.

    I purchased a 2024 Nissan Kicks from this dealership on 7/6/2024. I have 4011 miles on this vehicle. I should preface this letter with letting it be known that I have owned in the past A Nissan 1998 Frontier ***** up/ 2004 Xterra, a 2012 Sentra, 2014 Crew cab Frontier PU, a 2019 Crew Cab Frontier PU , a 2019 Nissan Kicks - none of these vehicles have had the issue I currently have with this new car. It is a bit difficult to describe -so bear with me. The area where you put the gas pump nozzle into he the gas tank opening is Loose. It moves when filling up the tank. I have NEVER had this issue with any of the other Nissans I have owned. I took this car back to the dealer ship on Saturday 9/14 to have this checked out. I was told that this is not uncommon. I beg to differ with this perspective. I was told the mechanic " went to several other Nissans and found that they too moved" Well as I was sitting looking into the bay where my cars was up on the rack watching the 2 people that were looking under my care - I did not see either of these 2 go anywhere. I believe that this is a dangerous situation as gas could spill over into this area and cause a fire if it hit a hot area under my car. I feel that the dealership was very indifferent to this possibility. As I was watching thee 2 people in the mechanic bay - I did a little googling - I have filed a concern with the Florida Highway of Motor vehicle safety , as well as , the national Highway safety websites. There was/is a recall on this 2024 model due to an issue with the air bag and moisture - a risk of this device going off due to increased moisture. I did ask about that and was shown on the computer screen that my Vin number was cleared. I never have had this issue with any other Nissan I have owned in the past and find this to be very troubling - the tank neck MOVES!!

    I put a down payment on a vehicle,$500, in which I decided I was unable to make a car payment in the amount of $425 a month on a 2018 Nissan rogue with ******* miles on it. I have been trying to get my refund back for over a month, *** made several trips there, spoke with the manager and he was to call me on July 7 , 2024 for my refund to be picked up or mailed to me, he never called. I called them, and he is unable to be reached. I continue to get the run around about my refund, which is unacceptable.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I have been hearing the same response for over  a month now. I have made three visits to Courtesy Nissan on ****************, called there numerous times, which Ive spoke with the manager, the dealer who assisted me with the vehicle, the receptionist who was trying to direct me to the accountant department. which each one of these departments have stated we will have your check ready in two days, which obviously has not happened. 
    This is very poor service and unacceptable in keeping a person money who had trusted your word on: when you put a deposit down on a vehicle it will secure it for you, and if it doesnt work out we will refund your money.

    Courtesy Nissan replace a battery for me about a year and a half ago. It is not working for about a month and a half now. Ive talked to them and gone back and forth with corporate, and I was told on Friday that Courtesy Nissan said they were told they didnt need to replace my battery, Ive literally had My car jumped at least 10 times and every morning it doesnt start, so I have to keep trying till it does. I want it replaced by Nissan free of charge. This is the second battery put in because the battery died within a month.

    On 6/6/24 Courtesy Nissan sent me an advertisement email stating there was 2k bonus cash and dealer fee discount on top of their listed prices on line. In the email they even listed several vehicles to demonstrate the offer. However, when I asked for a price on a truck the 2k was not taken off nor dealer fee. I replied asking about them and sales manager ******** stated I was correct in that those discounts weren't included when he sent his price to me but stated he wasn't charging me the 6k for the lift kit they added and said he'd add the 6k for the kit then remove the 2k. I replied that it appears they were already taking into account the lift kit as the dealer discount on this truck was only $2500 but others on their site AND the email THEY sent to me showed dealer discounts of 9-10k. I then replied stating I'd just take the truck listed in the email that was discounted 10k and that I'd like to add the 6k lift kit to it. He ghosted me and never responded. I then reached out to the General mgr ***** who said oh we were very busy, he sent me to a different manager and said he would also review the numbers.Now keep in mind here, these are their numbers already from THEIR email sent to solicit me. I said I'd take the truck listed in the email at the price THEY listed it for and even wanted to add 6k in upgrades. This new manager ***** as well as ***** ghosted me as again and has not responded to date. This is the worst encounter I've had trying to buy a vehicle in 30years. Smells like the old bait and switch game.....cold contact customers flash deals you are not going to honor, try and get them to buy a higher price vehicle. Beware of dealer gimmicks, research the dealer you are considering and I recommend reading all other reviews and complaints for them on BBB, social media and other review sites.

    I am rejecting this response because: I am rejecting as if I had accepted dealer response it would have appeared we were able to make a deal but I did not end up with the truck from their email advertisement. I did reach out to ******* as requested from his response, he had ******** send over a quote but when I asked questions, I was informed the deal could not be completed as written as there were "moving parts" around incentives and the 0% and lift kit that was added.  Wanted to speak on phone vs putting anything in writing back to me. We agree to just move on and quit wasting time. Thank you

    I test drove a vehicle on April 21. I was really interested in the car and put a $500 reservation hold. I was told I would get the refund within 3-5 business days. We are now on week 3 of waiting for this refund. I was told I could come pick up the check in 3-5 days, no hassle. What is going on?

    I submitted a form to cancel my warranty in July 2023, and was informed that it could take around 8 weeks to process. However, it is currently November and I am still awaiting the cancellation of my warranty. The company is unresponsive to phone calls, and even when they do answer, they have been unhelpful.

Contacted customer and informed her, she did not know her lienholder would get refund since the loan is still open. ******* is satisfied with resolution.     Date- 4/12/2023 Before I went into the dealership we agreed on a price because I was trading a car back in that I recently bought from them in for another one. When I got there we had a new finance that I havent dealt with before. We had to wait 3 hours to get to paperwork and by the time we did my baby who was under a year at the time was going crazy. So I told the finance guy no to any extra contracts(gap etc). When he told me the numbers I thought it was a little off, but I was so tired and ready to go we signed and left. I then looked at my paperwork when I got home and see we got charged for 2 contracts totaling an amount of *****. Contact them the next day and they sent me papers to cancel(wouldnt tell me what they were). Waited 2 months, nothing still was on my loan. Tried to call but got brushed off. Contact the ** he then had a finance lady contact me telling me to email her the papers I sent to cancel so I did. Now its been another 2 months and it still hasnt been cancelled. They refuse to answer me and keep brushing me off. I just want them to cancel the contracts I didnt want, but they refuse to do it. I sent her copies on 6/28.
