I purchased a 2021 Volkswagen Jetta SEL back in late May/early June at this location, and have been incredibly dissatisfied with the service provided after the original sale. Just a couple months after purchasing the car my engine light came on randomly, and I called the dealership immediately and scheduled an appointment, left work on that day and they said all it needed was a software update, so I was happy and went on my way. 2 weeks later, my check engine light came on and I again called immediately, and wanted to schedule an appointment to get it checked out again and asked about a loaner vehicle, as I did not want to have to miss work again for an issue, and they said they would have to have a service advisor call me back. I never received this call, but luckily my engine light went off after a few days so I figured if nothing was wrong then that is fine. About a month after that, my car would not start when I was leaving for work one morning. I had to call out, and bring it to the dealership where they told me that the battery was bad and needed to replaced, on a car I had just purchased a few months prior. I was charged over $500 for this, and when I inquired about the previous service they said that it was not just a software update, and that the previous engine light was for a battery issue, so that may have been avoided had they given me the call back that they promised me. I was upset, but dealt with it and went on my way. Finally, 2 months after this has happened, my engine light comes on yet again, I called the dealership the day that it came on (Monday, November 25, 2024) and explained the situation and also inquired about my warranty and whether or not I could use it at the ******* location. The woman on the phone said she couldn't get that information but would have a service advisor call me back. I still have not heard from them. This lack of customer care and horrendous service quality is unacceptable.

We leased a new 2024 Volkswagen Taos on 4/15/24, on 4/18/24 the passenger side daytime running lights stopped working. The car was brought in for service on 4/29/24 and the dealer ordered a new headlamp assembly. Currently the part has still not been delivered to the dealer and I have 7 documented calls to the dealer with the most recent being 9/12/24 . All they can tell us is its on back order with no expected delivery date or call the toll free # for Volkswagen Of America.. I have also called them 3 documented times and was told " call your dealership and they can help you, and the dealership tells you the opposite. I believe that this is a safety concern and they have done nothing but take my monthly payments!!! I am requesting immediate replacement of this part even if it means removing the part from new dealer stock

The part that has been on back order since 04/29/2024 was put on a red order that day and this is the only thing at the dealer level that can been done when dealing with a part that is not available from VW, however the part was released on Saturday the 14th and we will call the customer once it has been delivered eta would be 09/18/2024.

I had the toll truck drop my vehicle off was never notified in regards to my vehicle being dropped off .I contacted dealership and they couldnt find my vehicle blame the toll truck people for not leaving key when the complaint was the key is stuck in the ignition. After locating my vehicle ******* reached out stating the part will be in the following weeK. I received a text message stating that my vehicle was ready. I ask was there any additional issues? ******* texted he has to run a diagnostic.I was told I will receive a full diagnostic and the cost will go to my repairs .I was told about issues regarding my vehicle after he stated it was ready. Never nothing about the battery but I did decline all other services .After 2 weeks of my car there I was expecting to get a invoice with the all the issues and prices /labor thats why I ask about financing.I went to my vehicle after paying . Every mechanic let they client test the vehicle before leaving the lot .******* was upset I express my frustration as far as a real advisor/mechanic have they customer leave with everything fixed or a invoice so they can come back to get it fixed. definitely headlights he told me my car will cost **** s I said I dont care about how much it cost I just wanted my car fixed he threatened to call the police because I spoke the truth . How you give me a invoice with a break down without doing a diagnostic when I got to my car it wouldnt turn on ***** the manager said my battery was dead they will give me a jump I need a new battery. My car shut off in the middle of the road .I then went to buy a battery and then now the key is still stuck in the ignition. I thought thats what I paid ******* for The MAIN ISSUE WAS NOT RESOLVE .Why state my car is ready and its running if the battery needs to be replace a car runs off of battery .How did you check if my key work if the battery was dead thats why my key is still stuck in the ignition

      1. the tow truck dropped the car off and never came in to tell the service department it was here. There is a lot of cars on the property and not all for the service department so we did not and could not know the car was here until the customer called.

***** car was dropped here with the dead battery and left with the same dead battery. she did know the battery was dead being we had to jump it before she left so not sure why she would shut it off at the gas station 15 minutes after leaving here. she did call ** and tell ** that she did have to have it towed again because it would not start but she left here with the battery dead and she declined to have the dealer do any other work that would cost here any more money and the battery was only one of the major things going on with the car. we could have installed a new Battery for a price but we had to call the police to have her removed from the property because she was yelling very loud in front of all the other guest paying for repairs. she did leave before the police showed ** at the dealer. keep in mind the battery has nothing to do with what was wrong with the repair she paid for.

      3. she is claiming that the repair we made was still not fix but the key was stuck when it was dropped off by the tow truck and not when she picked it up. The repair made at the dealer has a 12 month 12k warranty at any dealership if that same part has failed.

      4. The repair made here was for one repair not to fix anything else wrong with the car we will not work any car that is owned by or refund any money that was spent on the repairs made
