I want to cancel an extended warranty which worth $4588 . I am attaching the cancellation form that it has not been effective yet . I signed it with the financial officer his name is David **** and he promised me on 5/5/2021 to send it to their financial institution to cancel and it will take up to 60 days to be canceled and removed from the amount financed. Until now nothing happened and when I contact Toyota customer service they told me that they haven't received any cancellation form which is signed by me and approved by David **** the finance guy. I want to cancel this extended warranty as I bought a new Toyota RAV4 XLE 2021 which has already a 3-year warranty. David **** made me sign extended unwanted warranty without clarifying what I was signing on.Business response

As General Manager I was not aware of this situation so I apologize to our guest for the error on my teams part. The guest request has been completed as requested and my number is below if any further assistance is needed. Thanks for making us aware of this oversight! Toyota's response is totally unacceptable and untrue because 1- the general manager said that my request has been completed and I am attaching you below a screenshot of my payments plan on today's date Nov22.2021 still the same nothing has been changed. 2- He said that he was not aware of this situation and this is not true either . A screenshot of his responding to my review on Google maps is attached. and the email address that was provided in his response was unresponsive back the same way of attaching another email above . I tried to call the phone number he provided above which is 727-434-7248 with no answer so a left him a voicemail and I never hear back from him . the same as two weeks ago I called the number of Toyota of Tampa bay they directed me to his voicemail I left a voicemail and I never hear back from him. Their apology is just a part of an endless cycle as they used to do with me before without any result.
