On 8/2/23 I purchased gummies and capsules for $199.99. I was never notified that it was a subscription. Today I received my second shipment of gummies and capsules. On 8-24-2023 my bank account was charged $59.98 from Bio Science Labs. I did not order anything and do not have an automatic refill of anything. None of the phone numbers I can find are legitimate numbers. An email address I found would not come up, so I can't contact them to find out what is going on. on 7/03/2023 we made a one time purchase of $60 however we had another charge of $199.99 charged to our card that was not authorized, and on 8/12/2023 another unauthorized charge was debited for $199.99 neither charge was authorized. we made contact with the company who offered us a 50% refund we refused as we did not authorize the charges or request/purchase any product, the person we talked to said we signed up for a subscription and were being billed monthly and that we signed a terms of use authorizing this however we did not, and they stated on the phone that they could not refund the amount till after we returned product they had shipped to us. this company uses fraudelent advertising and deceptive practices to defraud unsuspecting customers they sign you up for a subscription service without consent and they ship product not purchased not authorized and at least in our case not wanted . we will be shipping back to them any product that is shipped to us including the original $60 that was the only authorized purchase and requesting a full refund. this company is nothing but a scam and needs shut down. bassed on what we have experinced someone should probably also go to jail. complaints will also be filed with the states consumer protection division as well as the ftc. should have read the complaints on the bbb website first and stayed away from this company but it was only $60 however they billed us almost $460 for a $60 order. total fraud and i believe its criminal.Initial Complaint

My husband was charged $60 for the *** Gummies. A one-time purchase! This company has charged my account $199.99 every month since April and I cannot find a way to get ahold of them!! I am still searching; the charges may go back even further. My husband has tried finding a way to contact their customer service department. The initial transaction was with BioScience **************** ************) CBD Gummies on 6/11/23 $99.98 purchased through online advertisement. Website stated 100% guarantee. Unused items could be returned for a full refund. No mention of a restocking fee. When I was placing the order online, the total amount that was charged to my credit card showed $259. I immediately called BioScience. I talked to the representative. She apologized and adjusted 2 credits one for $100 and another for $29.99. I confirmed that this was a one time purchase and not reoccurring auto ship. I received the initial order about 7 days later. On 7/13/23 a $99.98 charge was posted to my mastercard account from ************* immediately called BioScience on 7/13/23. I talked to ***. *** said this charge was for reoccurring auto ship and it was TOO late to cancel the shipment. I told her I did NOT authorize this reoccurring shipment. *** told me not to open the package when I received it and refuse it. Return it to the post office. This is questionable since I didnt receive the package until 7/26/ Tracking #***********************. On 7/27/23 the package was sent back/refused via **** tracking #***********************. RMA: GREEN63026. BioScience received the package per **** on 7/28/23 @ 8:14 AM. Refund/credit wasnt posted to my Mastercard so I calling BioScience again on 8/5/23 and talked to ******. She confirmed they received returned merchandise & refund needs to started. My ? to her why this hadnt been started? If I hadnt called today, it wouldnt be processed. I received following email yesterday, 8/5/23:*****, As promised, $64.98 has been refunded to your Mastercard **** for order #C81E494D3C. Please find the summary of your refund below. Card Refunded. Mastercard **** Refund Amount $64.98 Refund Date 08/05/2023 Order ************. I called BioScience again. ***** said $35 was deducted for restocking fee. I refused the shipment! I ordered keto gummies from this company in *** 2023. The offer was advertised as buy one get on free for $59.99. However, I was charged full price for both bottles - $129.99 in ***, the first month. I did receive two bottles of keto gummies, even though per the website I should have gotten one bottle free. In ****, I was charged $129.99 but I DID NOT receive any additional product. They tried to charge me the same amount in the month of July, and again I DID NOT receive any additional product. Luckily my credit card company alerted me to a possible fraudulent charge. I would like ensure a full refund for **** and July charges, and I would really like $65 refunded for *** since the website said buy one get one free. It's obvious this company is corrupt and taking advantage of people. Anytime I order something online, I always look for hidden clauses and there was nothing on the website about a subscription or automatic monthly ordering. This was a one time purchase and that is how it was advertised. I see there are multiple other complaints about this company. Please do more to hold them accountable. Thank you.Initial Complaint

I ordered ACV gummies. They do not work, I returned all the product at my own expense with a promise of a refund. They only refunded a small amount of my money. They still owe me $60.00. I have sent them many emails as there is no phone number where you can contact them. I see that lots of other people have had the same problem. This company promised a full refund, but they never do it even with proof that the product was returned. This company is crooked and should be investigated for fraud.
