      Received 2 parcels from ******************* ************************************************************************* of of a supplement Verdi that I did not order. Havent been charged yet but am lead to believe I may be charged in 2-4 weeks. A long list of scams from this outfit.

      I placed an order with the company over a year ago, date unknown. I did not cancel within the 10 day trial period, so my credit card was charged 80-something dollars for a product that was not worth anywhere near that.. Now out of the clear blue sky I have been getting harrassing phone calls saying I owe them money because according to them they did not charge me enough for the product intially. I have a different credit card now, so apparently they cannot automatically take the money from me (steal from me). On the latest phone call I was told that they were just going to start sending me product and if I didn't pay for it they would "contacct the three credit bureaus and ruin my credit". It is well over a year later and I don't understand what initiated this. If they had a product that people wanted, they wouldn't have to pull this unethical c*** to get more money.

      For the past month I have been receiving phone calls from Cannagenix stating I purchased cbd oils from them. My debit/credit card was compromised with several internet charges I did not authorize, several purchase attempts in ******* as well as Cannagenix. I have never been to ******* and this is what triggered me to notify my bank and dispute the charges. Here we are about a year later and this company Cannagenix starts calling me wanting me to pay to cancel a subscription with them for cbd oils. I have informed them on several occasions to stop the harrassing phone calls and even offered to supply them with the dispute information if they would transfer me to the fraud ***** which the state they do not have! This is becoming a daily harassment by them and needs to stop!

      I received a call from a debt collector for this product, claiming that I owe them $89.20 for the product and that I only paid the shipping fee. They referenced an old address and claimed they had my signature on a **** receipt. When I told them I had not received it, nor any prior notice to pay I was called a liar by the rep on the phone (************** - who also claimed to be a supervisor when I asked for one). When I asked for proof of my signature I was told that would be sent to me after I paid the $89. The collector was extremely rude and would not allow me to speak, raising his voice and speaking over me as I was asking for proof. He finally got his supervisor (****) on the phone and she offered me a one time deal to pay $29.99 but she too said she could not provide me with any proof that I had ordered or received this product (which I didnt). I refused her offer and told her I would be reporting the company to the BBB.

      Purchased product in Sept. 2021, and paid with credit card for amount charged. Don't remember exact amount, but sure it was under $100.00. They now say I owe them $ ******(?). Keep harassing for illegal payment. If product hadn't been paid for upon purchase product would not have been sent. Did not agree to automatic reorder.

      Business repeatedly calls saying I owe them money from a order I placed in July 2021. I paid when I ordered product. I received one shipment. I am not on a subscription.

      Order *********** was placed on 7/26/2021 and arrived a few days later (see 2 att'd emails from Cannagenix) I paid the small shpg charge (no record, but six or seven dollars) to get the 3 items they were to send for 10 day trial at no cost. I received the three CBD products (see att'd emails) as promised. Neither they nor I have records of my call to them during the 10 day trial period cancelling further continuation of monthly shipments. My memory says I called them within the ten days, they deny getting a call from me. Sometime after the date of my credit card pymt of the shpg (July 2021), my card was compromised and had to be cancelled. Two weeks ago (a year after the transaction) I suddenly started getting calls from them saying my card on file was invalid and asking for a new card to bill. I refused, and asked for a copy of the invoice as I don't give out my card number over the phone to a caller I don't know. The callers were difficult to understand due to accent. They gave generally the same name, Amanda L, but the calling voices were different, leading me to distrust their integrity. Searching on 'Cannagenix scam' and your BBB site, I found there were many customers like myself whose word was questioned and payments testily demanded by Cannagenix. They refused to send an invoice or copy of the original agreement, saying their 'email department' did not allow sending me anything. No effort was extended to resolve the issue, just a demand that I pay eighty seven dollars and they would cancel the agreement.

      Ordered product with just pay shipping. Email to cancel and never received a confirmation. Tried calling but number doesn't work. Now a year later they want to charge me for monthly shipments. Just want to be done with this company and no future shipments or account manager calls from India.

      Cannagenix sent me a bottle of CBD Oil 500mg for a free trial and just pay shipping which I did and I then received the product advertised . I tried the product (3/6 drops on my back) twice and the results were less than the product I was using (nerve pain in my lower back). Within a week I received a call and was asked if I received the product and if I was using it. I explained to the caller that I received the product and only used it twice with less results than what I was using and to cancel this offer and subscription. Now I am constantly receiving calls about this product and saying I did not cancel. Again, the phone calls are now threatening and I now finally informed them I would be reporting them to an agency. They said they would be shipping me more product and would be using my charge card for payment (shipping/Product). I told them not to and I still had the full bottle in my medicine cabinet and send me a return envelope and I will send the bottle back. I could hardly understand them, both the originator of the call and then the manager who kept over talking me. I really don't want to send this complaint to my lawyer and waste everyone's time so I am filing this complaint with the BBB now since you are familiar with the way this Company operates and I am respectfully requesting your assistance in this matter by sending me a return mailing address and the postage to return their product, or just stop these calls, many of them made during dinner time. Your help to resolve this problem would be appreciated. I have their 99% full bottle in my Medicine cabinet. Thx, ****** *******

I am planning to notify them if I don't receive the return UPS sticker in another 30 days I will empty the contents and place the bottle in the trash.       In May of 2022 I completed an online survey and was rewarded with the choices of free items to only pay shipping and handling. I choosed cbd gummies and cbd oil from WholeLeaf. The address it shipped from was ****************** Tampa Fl, 33626. I recived the product and was only billed for shipping. However I just recieved both of these again without ordering them and was charged $179.65 for these items. I do not want them and I wasn't sure how to handle this. I have looked for a way to cancel this but there doesn't seem to be a way to do it.
