Jan. 11, 2025, (transaction date) there was an unrecognized charge of $239.99 on my credit card bill. I called the number for "PRO-ACV" ************ within a couple of days of receiving the bill. The product was Harmony Glow, a previous product that had been ordered online, received and paid for months prior to the ******* billing. The ******* shipment was Not reordered or authorized, and when I asked them to cancel the shipment, I was told it was too late because it had already been sent. I was told to return the package to get a refund. The items were returned to them and received at their warehouse as confirmed by the (provided) **** tracking number on Feb.10, 2025. I called again on March 20. My telephone number was taken by their ***** ****, but nothing has been done as of March 31, 2025. I need this money to be refunded asap.Initial Complaint

We ordered the product. Were not happy with it returned it for refund within the time allotted and are still waiting for a refund. The product was received back to company in December. They just keep lying saying our claim has been elevated to billing department and we should receive a call back from them in the next ***** hours. On Dec 29, 2024, I ordered HarmonyFlow CBD gummies, after reading an ad, that claimed their company was backed on Shark Tank. By the time I got to the final stage of the order process I realized this must be a scam so I did not complete the final step in the process. Immediately [Sunday Dec 29, 2024] I followed up to confirm I did not go thru with the purchase. On January 1, I received an email from company customer service confirming order had been canceled. Funds had already been taken from my **** account on Dec 29, 2024. Then after several emails being exchanged between myself and the company who tried to avoid refund they confirmed on Jan ********************************************************************************************************************************* 3-5 business days. Monday will be one month and several emails back in fourth saying they will search for me however no refund received to date.This company, on my **** statement says: MED-OPTIX SanJose NM were paid the funds. If it will do any good I have copies of all correspondence related to this matter which will confirm my case.Customer Answer

I ordered one bottle of CBD gummy to try out and I thought for about 50 dollars, it is reasonable. They then charge me for about 180 dollars for gummy and ******* which I did not order. Their advertisement is purposely confusing. I let them know that I did not want so much product. They apologize and told me they are already preparing the shipment. To compensate me, they will reimburse for half of the payment. They informed me on December 31st they have successfully reimbused me and I should see the money in my bank soon. Of course, even on January 12, I still have not seen the partial refund. I wrote emails are few times to them and they never replied. Then I call their customer service on January 14th and the lady promised me that she will look into the refund and also check the shipment. Of course, she never get back with me. When I looked into other readers, they apparently is a scam. Just too bad. So many dishonest people. I just want to warn the potential buyers not to buy from this people. I ordered from this company on Jan 8th 2024. The order was supposed to be for *****. They sent me an email saying they had charged me ******. I called and was given the run around was told I could not cancel my order and what I needed to do when I received the product. I said no you send me the instructions by email. The email said my order had been canceled when I was told that was not possible. I would receive half as a refund. This is unacceptable! This company is fraudulent and taking advantage of people. The product was ordered by mistake, the nature of the product was not understood and it was not known that it was a subscription. The product arrived and future charges were submitted. The company was contacted and a return process was given, the product was returned and the subscription canceled.The company received the product on 11/25/2024, when they were called they said they had not received it and I forwarded the tracking information.I requested a refund again on 12/16/2024 and they said it would take 2-3 business days, and an email was sent by them indicating a refund. The refund did not appear on the credit card statement.On 12/30/2024 a phone call was placed to obtain a refund. An email was given as a contact for billing. A refund was promised within a few days. No refund appeared and additional pending charges were indicated on the credit card statement.On 01/03/2025 the credit card company was contacted to prevent further billing. Another call was made to the customer service representative who indicated that they would make a return call confirming credit. On Dec 19, 2024, I ordered HarmonyGlow CBD gummies, after reading an ad, that claimed their company was backed on Shark Tank. Immediately after placing the order, I checked my bank account, and was upset because, this company took $299.98 out of my account. I called their customer support number within 10 minutes, and told them to cancel the order because, I didn't realize the total cost was so high. I couldn't afford this. I didn't see the total cost before I finalized the order because it was NOT SHOWN. When I originally cancelled this order via phone, I was assured it as cancelled. I got a cancellation email from this company, and was told my money would be refunded within 3 to 5 business days. A few days later, I got another email from them, telling me, they couldn't cancel because the product already shipped. They LIED. The emails between myself and HarmonyGlow, or whoever they really are, will be attached.I have called a few times & emailed several times hoping to come to some agreeable resolution. They offered to refund $150, and let me keep the product, and I agreed. The hemp oil ($30 product) arrived, but the gummies have not even been shipped yet. I was promised this $150 refund 3 times. This company, on my bank statement says: WELLNESSPRO took my money. I haven't opened the hemp oil, I want to send it back, but don't believe I will get a refund even if they get it back. This company has been dishonest with me since Dec 19th no matter how I try to communicate with them. I don't know what I can do to recover the money they took from me.Customer Answer

I would like to thank you very much for all of your assistance with my complaint.
I contacted my bank the day after I filed this complaint, and fortunately, *************** was able to recover the money I lost. The company that sells the Harmony Glow brand products has been taking large amounts of money from several other people. I wish I had done some research before I placed the order. I would not have trusted this website, and will no longer make purchases online unless I trust the seller. ****** learned.

Last night, 1/1/25, I ordered 2 bottles of gummies from Harmony Flow, which were ostensibly to help with my COPD. I DID NOT order anything else. When my transaction summary showed, it listed that I had also bought 2 bottles of ******* for $59. I did not. They show a customer service # that I waited 40 minutes for them to pick up, and they did not. I am 77 years old on a very limited income. I only made this purchase because I am desperate to relieve my COPD symptoms. I need help, please, getting my money returned.Initial Complaint
