      ******** made on August 18,2023 for $198.78 for a one time charge. A second charge was made on September 17,2023 for $198.78 and product was sent to my house. I have the initial email of purchase for one time and did not get one for the second and have tried calling the number listed on the credit charge but does not get an answer and unknown how to stop charges.

      On July 28th, 2023 I placed an order for 3 bottles of Keto gummies from Xtremefit. I checked carefully on the site to see if it was a subscription, because if it had been, I wouldn't have made the purchase. They shipped the order on July 31. Then today, August 27, 2023, I received an alert message from my bank about a charge I needed to verify. For the same amount. However, the company name was different. I declined the charge, then realized that it was probably from the same company. The first charge appeared on my billing statement as TOTALK *********** FL and was for "Other Business/Office." The most recent one was from BOOSTKPRO *********** NY and said it was for "LABORATORY/MEDICAL/DENTAL/OPHTHALMIC HOSPITAL EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES."While I did receive a receipt for the initial purchase, as well as a shipping notification, I received neither for the second one. No where on either email did it say anything about a recurring charge or a subscription. I also have not gotten any packages. If I do, I plan to return it as I did not order it. I would like a confirmation from the company that any subscription service they signed me up for - without my knowledge - will be cancelled and that I will receive no more charges like this.

      i ordered what i thought was weight loss bottles x2 for less than ***** per advertisement but ended up being charged ****** on 5/2. I emailed and got a response that due to a misunderstanding they would credit me ****** and never got. Then yesterday 6/5 I get another shipment that I did not authorize and charged another ******. I am sending the order I received on 6/5 back to vendor today. I expect credits for the ****** and for the last unauthorized shipment of ******.

We did not receive a cancellation request from you in the allotted time, so we naturally assumed that you were satisfied with the product and charged you accordingly, as agreed to by the Terms and Conditions.

      As a one time courtesy, we went ahead and issued a full refund for the second order without the need to return the products. Please allow **** business days depending on your bank's processing time for the credit to reflect back to your account.

      I ordered Keto gummies for weight loss & tried them for a month they DID NOT WORK. Unbeknownst to me I was to cancel my subscription within that month! (October 24th, 2022 $199.88). They sent the next month I just received (Dec 5, 2022) & they charged me another $199.88 (Nov 23,2022) . I could not find an address or a phone number without calling my credit card company to get their information. When I called to find out how to send the unopened tablets back the lady I talked to was "****" in Asia (Dec 7, 2022) she was unable to give me an address to send the unopened tablets back nor did she want to pay for shipping. I was able to cancel my account & she did give me a cancelation confirmation #********. I would like my money back all $399.76 total. I think this is a scam the tablets taste good but they do not help with weight loss at all & I would like them taken off the market.

      I ordered 2 bottles to try them and discovered I was allergic to the pills. I sent them back with a letter explaining this and I wanted my money back and NOT to send me anymore. This was ordered in July 2022, since then I have received 2 bottles each month after. The last statement from the bank I got was on 9/16/22 and now I have another shipment on 10/20/22. I can't get this stopped and want to know what I can do? Cancel my debit card? I have tried several phone numbers that have all been disconnected. This is over ****** a month and I need it to stop. Please help me and let me know how I can stop this? Thank you

      I made a purchase for 3 bottles get two free for $39.95 then received a receipt for $199.88 plus $59.99. I tried to cancel before the product was shipped it was too late. When I tried to call I was immediately disconnected. This happened several times. I was finally advised to refuse the unopened package, which I did. I waited for a refund that never came. Then I get a second shipment and a third and a fourth. Each time I refused as previously instructed to in April, still no refund. I let them know that tracking shows they got the product but they still won't refund me the full amount of $617.09 that they owe me. I was able to finally get a partial refund of $179.62 on 07/12/22 but I'm still out $437.47. Mavis and Ordy were not helpful. Continued to act as if this was my fault for not having an RMA which I was never given. . Based on other reviews this seems to be their practice. I will not only share this with the BBB but I'm also reaching out to USPS because this does qualify as mail fraud. THIS IS A SCAM!!

      I ordered a 30 day supply of dietary supplements and was billed and received 60 days worth. When I told I could return one 30 day bottle I followed their instructions. I requested a refund and I was told they were unable to refund to my original credit card but would issue an e-check. I have called numerous times since I returned the product on November 22, 2021. Last call was on May 16, 2022. No resolution to date and I can no longer reach a customer service agent via phone.

      forced to order 6 bottles to get the one free. Ordered on 1/17/22. Returned all unused product 1/24/22. When I called to check on refund on March 3 (Katherine) I was told their system was down and could not refund credit card. Was told an echeck would be sent via email. Never received. Called again March 7 and spoke with Apple, was told check to be sent. Never received. Called again March 15 spoke with Sharron, was told they never recd returned product, yet I have tracking proving picked up by company on 1/26/2022. Filed dispute with credit card company and rep from credit card company on phone with me and Keto rep confirmed product recd at warehouse. I have since called at least 4 more times and have talked to a "manager" supposedly each time and each time I am told system is down and e check would be issued. I have not received. Today May 18 was told case was closed and they would not issuing a refund and stated not to call back per "manager" Nathan. I have now filed another dispute with my credit card company. I have documentation of date and name of person of every call to this Keto company. I would appreciate any help from the BBB as well.
