December 31, 2025 I visited the website of ***********. I did not order anything but I was charged $239.99. I did not order their product but I paid it just to avoid any problem. However today I was charged another $239.99 to my debit card, I think in December I probably entered my information but I never clicked on buy. They offered a smaller amount for a much lower price. I seen the ad on 01/08/2025 and really liked it,so I went to the website to see more about the item. There I saw the engineers and all the way the item was thinking, it's a robot. I was sold,no feeding,no mess and a USB charge and you have a learning companion with a price drop from $40.00 to *****,so I ordered it. After 14 days of waiting I received this batt. dog that doesn't compare to what I thought I was going to get.They are scamming people cause I know I'm not alone. I placed an order with Natural Basin on Nov. 19, 2024 For a sweatshirt . The order was processed I was given the order # ****, my credit card was charged on the 19th. I have not yet received the order. When attempting to track the order thru Shop ( their recommended app) I receive the stock message that the order is being processed.. I have tried to get in touch directly with the company- no phone # is available and when I request an answer to my inquiry as to how to cancel or when it will be shipped I am ignored, they have had my money for 2 months - I have nothing. On 12/8/23 I purchased 2 heated vests and a battery pack from Jalventa. I did not receive the items until after Christmas. These were Christmas presents, so I had to purchase something else. One of the vests was for *** dad and his birthday was ***. 25th so I thought I would give it to him then. I gave it to him, but it didn't work. I called the number on the invoice and was given the address to return the items to and I did that. The next day I received an email saying to send it to a different address. The package was returned to me and on 1/31/24 I mailed it to the 2nd address that was sent to me. As of today, March 19, 2024, I have not received a refund or any information from this company. On December 28, 2022 I was enticed to purchase CBD gummies from an online FBook ad. It was an ad which I found a bit disconcerting but went along with the purchase none-the-less due to my desire to alleviate chronic arthritic pain. When I immediately discovered the products were in USD via my bank account withdrawal, I cancelled my order via email. I telephoned twice for backup but received no answer. It became clear that the bank withdrawal via CHEETAHELDERBERRY was associated with EXEMPLARYWHOLENESSPRACTICE who's website is non-functional. I see that Nature Brand LLC is also affiliated. Regardless, I have had $294.13 withdrawn from my account and an extra, unauthorized withdrawal for $25.29 a few hours later! I went immediately to the bank to change my **** account #. I have informed the bank but they are not able to do anything. After 4 emails and 2 telephone calls (unanswered), I have yet to receive a response. I am looking for a full refund. As an aside, delivery was promised in 6-8 days. It is now three weeks and I quite sure I will never see the product, nor hear from the company again. As to the numerous operating names of this scam, I can only surmise that this is a sophisticated scam and needs to be stopped.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:EXEMPLARY WHOLENESS PRACTICE aka CHEETAH ELDERBERRY aka NATURE BRAND LLC -- these three listed and unlisted companies are responsible for unauthorized withdrawals from my bank account. After I did order CBD gummies on the 28th December/22, I cancelled via email and with a telephone call attempt WITHIN MINUTES knowing it was dicey -- fool that I was. My a/c with immediately dinged for $294CDN for the order. shortly thereafter, it was dinged for another $********. I called my bank for the smaller unauthorized amount -- I went to the bank for a new **** card that day. The bank took on a fraud claim for the smaller amount but the larger amount was my folly. I have been in touch with the BBBureau to lodge a complaint against NATURE BRAND LLC. The response degated any responsibility. To reach the Exemplary Wholeness Practice arm you call a call centre taking the complaints. This call centre seemed initially helpful to me and conceded I did indeed cancel my order and no product was sent to me. However, the refund was going to take **** business days. (agreed to after trying to convince me to take 1/2 refund with a fully order delivery). A full refund was promised. I waited. 14 days later I called again and was advised that, yes, the refund had been sent. I called my bank. No refund was found since the beginning of 2023. It is now the 14th of February. I called the help centre back. First, I was told they had no file on me. I insisted they did. They capitulated and said that they found my information. Then "******" told me he would send me a subscription cancellation order via email. I told him I already had those cancellations and to send me my refund. They then promised a refund within 5 days. I insisted on an immediate refund but they claimed an inability to do so as they were more of an answering service. I am being given the runaround and I will not take it. This is a dodge.

If you have not cancelled your account has rolled into a monthly subscription as agreed to by the terms and conditions (you had to agree to the terms to be able to place the order). We did not receive a cancellation request from you in the allotted time, so we naturally assumed that you were satisfied with the product and charged you accordingly, as agreed to by the Terms and Conditions.
We went ahead and issued a full refund for the second order without the need to return the products. Please allow **** business days depending on your bank's processing time for the credit to reflect back to your account.
Rest assured, the account is canceled and you won't receive any further charges.

I received an email from **************** at exemplarywholenesspractice.com advising that they had a shipment of "Hemp Skin Cream x1" for me and the cost was US$110.63. I immediately sent a three replies stating that I never ordered this product, i do not want it, hence do not ship or charge me. I received no reply. On September the 16th another email from them stating that the item had been shipped. Again I sent numerous emails informing them i would return to item when received. However, when i checked my bank account there were two charges from "Tanzanite Apple Cider **" in the amount so **$110.63 , one on August 30 and another on September, 14. I will go to my bank immediately and find a way to either have these reversed or somehow stop any further criminally activity.I am sure this scam is linked to Natural Brands USA LLC as I small bottle of " Hemp Skin Cream" from them many months ago. I never used it since I felt it was some sort of trial. I tried the telephone numbers ************ but these do not work.
