"My 80 year old mother responded to an add on Facebook to purchase cbd gummies; buy 2 get 1 free for $60 with free shipping. They sent her 5 bottles and 2 bottles of oil at $199.99 plus the $60. She has been fighting with them but they claim that is what she ordered. That is not what she ordered and their refund dance is ridiculous. The refund could take 4 to 6 weeks after they determine she has returned the items it good condition. I am concerned that if she returns them she will have no recourse and no way to demand the refund. She is afraid to open the package. The information about the order was emailed to her."

I did ordered the *** gummies couple months ago from their TV commercial. When the package arrived I had decided not to try them and immediately returned the package back to them. Well, About 2 months later another package arrived and I immediately returned it back to them. I expected they would refund back to my bank for both which was $199. They have not! ! What a horrible scheme these people are doing to older folks and everyone else! They should be arrested and prosecuted!Business Response

I saw tv commercial for a trial price of $ ***** ( for one bottle) free shipping with money back guarantee.I received two bottles of dummies and two bottles of liquid and was charged $189.99. I returned the products via *** at a cost of $9.37. Filed complaint with my credit card company they contacted Nature One who allegedly said they would refund. Not only have I not received refund but they have sent me two more bottles. I don't know the new charges yet. So much for satisfaction guarantee.Business Response

On August 24, 2022 I received what I had ordered from Natures One-3bottles of CBD Gummies and 2 bottles of CBD Oil and paid $259.99 with a bank credit card. Then on September 28 I received 5 bottles of CBD Gummies which I did not order, and on my bank statement for September $199.98 was withdrawn automatically! I was in shock and tried to call them but was frustrated by the Please hold, an operator will be with you shortly!,message that I was receiving! I saw their gummies on ********* Buy 1 bottle get 2 for free, $39.99. I decided to give it a try and clicked buy now. When I got to the check out, there was no amount shown, and no additional pop-**** So I clicked agree to pay. I get a notification from my credit card that I was charged $199.99 for the purchase, and then advised that I had also been charged $60.00 for 2 bottles of CBD Oil that I did not select nor want.
