I did make an order but mistakingly ordered twice. I tried calling their number but it discontinued call after being on hold. Also sent email to their support email. I know it's early to say I'm not getting a response but want to address this situation as soon as possible. I'm on hold with ************ now to reverse the one charge. I'm not sure if you can help me at this point but would like to get it rectified ASAP.Business Response

Hi,
The order the customer was referring to was canceled on the same day the order placed the order. A refund was also issued on the same time and day that the refund was issued. It should reflect on the customer's account in 5-10 business days.

I ordered 8 containers of Physio Omega Ultra pure DPA DHA EPA Softgels, 60 units each jar.After taking these pills for a few days,my blood pressure went out of control!My doctor recommended to stop taking these pills. Upon checking here, it shows that there are no previous conversations or communications from the customer as claimed he emailed us a couple of times.

On March 8, 2024, I ordered Physio Omega from PhysioTru after watching De. ********************* talking about it. I ordered 1 pack of 4 bottles. I received 1 bottle only. Back then, I simply assumed they did not have enough and the remainder will be coming. When I ran out of the bottle, I contacted their customer service. After several email exchanges, I did not get my remaining 3 bottles. They said I waited too long. They sent me the copy of the packing slip that shows 4 bottles.I told the person I was exchanging with that sort of think can happen. If you look at how the order is written it is easy for a packer to see 1 in the order and ship 1 bottle. I told her I wouldn't do this sort of dishonest demand not at 76 years old. She stopped communicating.The total I paid is $237 for 4 bottles not 1.Business Response

Good day!
My apologies, for the late response.
I have issued a refund for this customer amounting to $207.40. We did not issue a full refund because we are charging him for the amount of 1 bottle he claimed he received.
We did not reship the missing bottles as per his claim or issued a refund because his order was placed on March 8, 2024 and it was delivered to him on March 19. He emailed and contacted us on May 10, reporting that he only received 1 bottle. That's 52 days from the day he received his order and he couldn't provide us any photo and video about the issue. Please see attached screenshots for your reference.
We understand that we can be at fault by our fulfillment center messing up the number of bottles that was sent, however, why wait 52 days before reporting it when he could have immediately reach us out the day he received or opened the package from his order. We tried asking for a picture and explaining it to him but he can't provide us a proof of what he received. He is insisting us that he is a business owner himself and he knows how to run a business but fails to give us a proof. Thus he threatens to dispute or report us.
A refund has been issued as per his request. I hope you would understand we would have to charge him for the 1 bottle he received.

I had ordered Physio Tri Physio Omega once in past. Not a subscription that I was aware of. Over 2 weeks ago I was sent 4 bottles of same that I didnt order or want. I have been calling every day all week without getting through to anyone. Im on hold for about 10 minutes then msg says goodbye and call is ended. I dont want these supplements and want my money refunded $120.60 to my Discover card that was charged on 4/29/24. I hope someone can help me with this.Business Response

We sent the customer a confirmation of her order back in December that her order was on a subscription. She might not remember that her initial order was for a subscription. We have not receive any communication from her about her issues with it or for any cancellation request. We also sent her a confirmation of the recent order she was complaining and she did not respond to any email we sent her. If she has contacted us, we could provide details on how to return the product back for a refund.

On Feb. 28, 2024, I tried the telephone number on the bottle of the supplement called Physio Tru many times to cancel the product. I gave my name, address, birthdate and didnt give out check number or **** number to the different responders. One receiver wanted me to pay $3.95 to go further to cancel the product. I called about 6 times or more and then I started getting some one who wanted to inform me about ******** benefits. I just called twice, and the phone number is busy. Based on your lengthy promotional video for PhysioTru on Friday, August 4 and the order option was misleading and confusing. I only intended to purchase a single month supply of 60 tablets but the highly confusing option formats was more than misleading. I charged the purchase to my **************** Platinium card ending in ****** but never received any e-mails from your company with a total bill or any confirmation.I however almost received three different confirmation changes from **************** for three different charges. These were:1. $211.58 2. $205.64 3. $246.77 This is a total of $663.99.The charges from **************** provided absolutely no details on what was charged or details or any information on how to contact your company. I have received absolutely no e-mails from your company about the charges or orders.I have made three attempts to call your company at ************** number immediately on August 4 and received a recorded message that the mailbox is full and cant receive any additional messages.All I wanted was single month of 60 tablets. I have type 2 diabetes ,hypertension, have had a heart attack, heart surgery on November 1, 2022 and am scheduled for another surgery on August 9, 2023. Im currently being treated by the Director of Heart Failure at ************************************************************************** ********** of ********** in **************. Im on multiple medications to include two blood thinners, two high blood pressure and three diabetes medications. I have a subscription for Physiotru Omega due to be filled in 1/2023 in the **** of $179.64. I found out that my **** of America (BOA) credit card team incorrectly marked the charge as "suspicious" and had already denied it before I was notified that it had been denied. I tried to call Physiotru (PT) on 1/22/23, but they were closed. I then tried to log in to my PT online acct. to find that it was not showing up. I then immediately emailed PT Cust. Supp. to have the charge run through again. I called PT on 1/23/23 & spoke with a rep. who set up a new acct. for me online & told me amount would remain the same, $179.64, regardless of taxes. On 1/24/23 I received an email from Physiotru stating the total **** as $191.76, which included $12.12 in taxes. I checked my BOA credit card online & found that $191.76 had been charged to my account rather than $179.64. I immediately called Physiotru & spoke with **** of ********, who said she would notify mgmt. of the discrepancy. On 1/27/23 my BOA credit card was charged AGAIN by Physiotru, this time in the amount of $179.64. I spoke with **** of ******** again on 1/27/23 & was told that mgmt. would refund the first charge of $191.76. Having seen no refund to date, I called Physio back today, 2/2/23, and spoke with **** again. She said the 2nd charge of $179.64 was for a shipment that already had been sent out and that I was to receive today. I said I had requested a refund, not an additional shipment, & that I had not been told another shipment was being sent. She said that in order to receive a refund, I would have to wait until the new shipment arrived and then send the first shipment back, at my own cost, in order for Physiotru to give me a refund. I said that is not what I have been told & that Physiotru needed to pay for any return shipping charges in addition to refunding me the $191.76 that she had led me to believe would be refunded.Customer Answer

Physiotru did reach out to me with an email on 2-2-23; however, the email got caught in my spam filter, and I just saw it yesterday (see attached). I am satisfied with Physiotrus response and with the refund.
