              they allowed an account to be opened in my name without my knowledge or permission by ********. even though I have never accepted the account the keep sending me emails in relation to this account. I consider it a severe security risk to leave this account out there in my name. In addition, I am sure vectron is charging **** a fee for the account it is packing the fees by allowing this account to exist..

              The company told us one price and then when the yearly renewal fee came it was 4 times higher that the quoted price. We are a volunteer ************ that was initially happy with the product but the customer service has been absolutely horrible. I tried contacting them several months before the renewal time and was given nothing from the company. Requested calls from the company and got nothing in return. then all they said was thats the way it is and there is nothing that can be done. I wanted to terminate the service to mutually benefit both parties and got nothing as as well. I could not recommend this company to anyone that would seek there services. They are preying on small volunteer fire depts that need assistance in obtaining training for there people and then hitting them with a high *******************. This is absolutely shameful.
