      Erin the after sales manager helped me with a broken electric motor. She diagnosed the issue & had a replacement part at my house within a few days. Excellent service and I will be using them for all my electric bike needs in the future

      Erin at customer service was so helpful in getting me the proper information to make the best choice for my gift to my grandson. I am 74 years old so of course know nothing about electric scooters. She was also there to help when my computer did not receive the email that the gift was shipped. I can not say enough about how helpful and caring she is. I have 2 grand nephews that I will be buying scooters for at xmas time and there is not a question about where I will be buying them. I have never received such great and caring service. I am sold on this company. I trust Erin completely.

      Ordered a nanrobot D4+ 3.0. Received quickly. Works better than I need it to haha. Was emailing EBC. They let me know a different color was in stock. It would have taken another month for color I wanted. 10 days later it was at my door. They are legit and awesome ppl. The ones complaining are impatient. Remember they are in the middle. If the scooter or ebike has and issue? Remember the origin is china. So yes, it just makes more sense to help you fix and issue, than return for replacement!!! Escooters are dangerous!!! We're helmet and chest guard. These are not a toy.

      I ordered a bike rack on June 22 before 1:00 PM. I thought it was a little odd that I did not receive any info as to when the item "might" ship. I called to try to obtain that info shortly after the order was placed. All I got was voicemails on all 3 options. I left a voicemail and followed up w/ an email. On June 23, I again called but of course, only got voicemails. I left a voicemail. My call was returned but the caller only let the phone ring 1x. I called right back & that call was returned but again the caller only let the phone ring 1x. I finally got an email back from Erin which said, "your order is scheduled to arrive to you in about 5 business days. We will send you the tracking number shortly." That tracking number never came. I followed up the night of the 23rd via email. On June 24, I called and left a detailed voicemail indicating if I did not receive a tracking number today I wished to have by order cancelled and my card not be charged. Of course, I did not get a call but an email from Erin saying "it looks like there is a slight delay and the unit should now be shipping to you on Monday (6/26). We will send you a tracking number then. I apologize for the delay." I sent an email immediately asking for my order to be cancelled and tried to call only to get VOICEMAILS. I had spoken to my bank yesterday after reading all of these complaints and told them of the issues. I am currently on the line disputing the charge that was processed.

      I felt the description of their product was misleading and inaccurate. I thought I ordered a bike rack based on the description. Instead they claimed I ordered two separate "add-on" bike racks. They agreed to refund the purchase but then charged a $45.00 return fee. When I asked for a full refund, they declined. Make your own decision, but I will not do business with them again.

      I've made 3 purchases from EBC and they have NEVER failed to deliver. Very friendly and prompt responses when I've had any questions or concerns. In the days of mediocre customer service, my " hats off" to EBC for a spectacular. I will always continue to use this company for any future purchases. Thanks EBC. Y'all ROCK👍🏽👍🏽😜!!!

      To anyone looking to purchase an electric vehicle through EBC...I don't normally do reviews, but my experience with this company has compelled me to step out of my comfort zone...from day one I honestly can say EBC has gone above and beyond to make my purchasing experience a good one. Erin (EBC representative) stayed in contact with me and never more that a day or so with a response. My Ownboard Zues came a few days early, but did not come exactly the way I ordered it. I wanted 120 cloud wheels on my board and the manufacturer said they were on back order. So instead my board came with 6" pneumatic. They called me and asked if would be ok if the board could be sent and if that would be acceptable. I agreed and asked them to please send me my wheels as that is what my original order was for. Through all this Erin stayed in contact with me and made me feel comfortable with the entire purchase. Now I have the board I was hoping and patently waiting for. With a slight "bonus" of a pair of 6" pneumatics! I couldn't be happier! Oh...and a bash guard too! Comes with the 6" pneumatics. All in all I believe they went over and above to make sure I was satisfied with my experience with them, I will be purchasing my next electric vehicle through them for sure.       This company sold an incomplete product to me and in order to make it complete I was told I would have to pay another $900-$1000 in order to complete my purchase. They refused to refund my money and accept a return when I discovered the afore mentioned extortion since I did not have the original box the bike was packed and shipped in. I am left with a useless $3000 bike unless I give them another $1000. This business should be fully investigated and put out of business .
