      I ordered my hoop over a month ago. They charged me extra money for expedited processing, however, I still haven't received it. They did, however, send me some free c*** that I don't want or need. All I want is a refund or my product. I have sent numerous emails and they always say they will get back to me but do not. ******** customer service AND they still have my money.

      WARNING: The design doesnt work, yet they sell it anyway to make profit. It will NOT make full rotations like the video because the roller catches and it stops. I wish I knew they had a F rating on the BBB before purchasing. They make you pay for shipping. It cost $15 just to send it one zip code awayIts a shady *****, ** SCAM. I lost $25 total in shipping costs. Infinity Hoop wasted my hard earned money and couldnt care less.

      They suck really bad on delivery it's been 3 weeks & im still awaiting the arrival. As far as the loosing weight I will come back in 1 month & let you all know.

      Im trying to email their support to get a full refund for my order that was placed at 10:16am. I requested the cancellation of my order and a full refund from the company due to their refund policy stating within 24 hour period you can cancel and get refunded. It is now 2:06pm in *********** and I havent been able to get in touch with anyone via instagram or their phone line (which is just a pre-recorded message stating that they are ALWAYS helping other people so email their support line). Ive written three emails and have sent them all but they say they will get back to me after 24 hours. Im feeling scammed right now. How is there no person to talk to?

      I ordered this over a week ago and never received the hoop. I only received the sweat band and cream. I have emailed and tried calling for no resolution. I asked for my money back and again left with no response. I will be filing a charge back with my bank. I wish I could give zero stars.

      I ordered the hoop on August 4th and still have not received it (it’s September 9th). Their website states delivery in 3 to 5 business days. When they sent the tracking notification, I noticed the item was being shipped from China. I emailed and asked for an ETA on delivery since I had purchased an item which ended up shipping from china before (different company) and it took 4 months to get the item. They told me that it’s too late to cancel my order and now delivery would be 2 to 3 weeks. I was Never notified of the change.before they had it shipped. 3 weeks from the initial email conversations and the tracker still says it’s in china. I was told it was lost and that someone would contact me. No one reached out so I emailed again. This time they asked if I wanted to cancel or order a new one (which could be in a different color). I was willing to take any color they had in their us inventory. I was fine ordering a new one but did not confirm the reorder (was still waiting on someone to call or discuss the new order) just stated that I would be willing to order in a different color.. Instead, a new Order was placed and again it is being shipped out of China. They won’t cancel the order and will not refund until I receive it (if i ever receive it). This company failed to meet the marketing they advertised and new in advance that they would not be able to do so when they had the order shipped from another country. I have asked for a refund and are now ignoring my emails.

      Absolute piece of **** product compared to other hoops on the market. I bought for $95 and returned. Had to ship back for $15.They are only giving me $55 back because I did not return the sweat band which was FREE and was already used. I am totally disappointed in this company. Buyer beware!

      All the promises get broken. Terrible company. Months to get a piece of *** plastic garbage. Price keeps getting dropped for a reason people. Open your eyes we got scammed

      This company is garbage!!! Very misleading. They have users promoting a product claiming they lost weight with the hoop. Absolutely FALSE information. People are selling this product claiming they lost weight, when in reality they took weight loss drugs and anyone can see their TikTok accounts admitting that. Straight up FRAUD. They will also delete any comments on their TikTok account that is negative. They should be banned!!!

      False advertising! Buyer beware. Their math isn't mathing. They list all 4 colors at $99.99 but then advertise 30% off all 4 of them. Yet they are charging $79.99 for the frost color. 30%off of $99.99= $70 not $79.99
