    I tried to get a refund but the company was not responding. They have a 100 percent refund policy, but they were not allowing me to contact them for the refund. They are a scam and should not be allowed to do business!!!

    I bought an Oracle when I received it I charged it for 24 hours as suggested. Then I tried using it I could not hear any better. The devise did not work. I emailed the company they kept answering me through automated response. I tried everything they said to do and still it did not work for me. I told them I would like to return it and got a runaround. Then the time allowed to return which they said was 30 days had expired. So then I got my credit card statement and found they had charged me twice. I tried to dispute the charge but they lied and said I had gotten two so now Capital one is telling me I have got to pay for it again. I suggest that no one gets this device. The company sucks.

    30 or 45 day return is NOT AVAILABLE as advertised because the package must be UNOPENED per their small print. How can your try them ?????

    Oricle Hearing aids are junk! Not only that, but when I told them I didn't want anything else from them they continue to send me the hearing aid tips every month that I do not want! How can this be stopped? Can't reach them by phone or email. They are thieves!!

    Do not buy from Oricle. This company is terrible.They do not honor warranty. I had a problem ,I lost hearing aid after about a week when they finally responed they said that they refunded the money. IT NEVER SHOWED UP. I wrote back and they still have not responded. What a way to run a business.
