I ordered two Christmas gifts from ******** shop named Palm Beach Collective on December 22, 2022. My card was charged ***** via the **** app. I received several correspondences from the company explaining why my order was delayed. I ordered the Canton Collection Cooler Bucket (ice bucket -order *****) from Palm Beach Collective on October 30, 2022 for a total of $108.99 and received a confirmation email from ******** as follows: Hi *******! We are working to fulfill your order and your items may arrive in separate shipments. Shipping times are currently running 4-6 weeks due to ongoing Covid delays. We are a small 2 gal team, so we truly appreciate your patience and support! You'll receive an email with a tracking number once your items have been shipped. You can also add your phone number for text updates and download the shop app via our website to track your items. We hope you come back and see us soon! Use DISCOUNT10 for 10% off your next order! Your business means the world to us! -Rhiannon ****************** www.shoppalmbeachcollective.com.On January 11, 2023, I received this email from the company: I am so sorry...this has taken me some time to write and I apologize. prior to Christmas I tried to do the right thing and move our shipping to a 3rd party logistics company called Gloved Commerce. They promised 2 day shipping, so I moved to them so you would all receive faster shipping times. I found out in October that they were not shipping my customers orders and sending the wrong products in some cases. I was completely unaware this company I hired was fraudulently operating under another name. Their real name was ***************, you can see the reviews here: **************************************************** ********************************************************************** They have almost destroyed my small business. My customers are angry and we missed our Christmas deadline. For that I am so sorry. We have our inventory back finally and you have my word that every order will be shipped as soon as possible. I ordered two items online on November 18, 2022 and never received them. On January 11, 2023 I received an email blaming it on a third party shipping company that was fraudulently operating under a another name and had not been shipping out orders to customers. I was told that my order would be shipped by Palm Beach Collective itself as soon as possible. I placed an order on 11/22/2022 for two pairs of earrings. I received one pair, but not both. I reached out to the customer care team on 1/22/23 asking for an update or refund. I ordered an 2 four packs of linen cocktail napkins from this company on September 29 2022 (order # *****). The total came to $78.19. I emailed them twice askimg for a shipping update and was told they were struggling. On January 11, 2023 they sent an email explaining all the problems theyve been having, apologizing, and promising shipment soon of orders. I have received nothing and havent even been able to contact anyone to receive a refund. I really tried to stick it out because I wanted the product and got screwed over now that I cant even receive a refund.
