      Placed an order on 12/05/22. Never received item. Had one email response that they were "behind on shipping but working diligently to get orders shipped." On 1/11/2023, I received another email about 3rd party shipping issues but that "everything was resolved and order would be shipped.Sent final inquiry today 5/17/2023.

      I placed an order on December 17, 2022 for wine glasses to give as Christmas gifts. When I received my order confirmation it was disclosed that delivery time would be 4-6 weeks. I immediately emailed the business asking to cancel my order and get a refund. I was told that was not possible. I reached out multiple times in February looking for my merchandise and never heard back from them.

      I ordered two wine glasses on 12/6/2022 as Christmas presents. Paid in full total of $51.00. Never received glasses. Was told they had a shipping issue. I want a full refund.

      I ordered a print for a gift from them in December 2022. In January I received an email telling me they had issues with their shipping company and were trying to make it right and get things shipped. I apologized to the gift recipient and tried to have patience. In March of 2023 I relied to that email stating it had STILL not been received. Ive heard nothing back. I would like a refund.

      Ordered a Veuve stainless steel white water bottle 12/24/22. I was charged 50.79$, order # *****. I never received item and was charged on my credit card. I sent several emails of which most went unanswered. The initial email said due to Covid there was a delay in shipping and they stopped responding to emails after this.

      Placed an order on 11/27/22 in the amount of $123.99 and never received this order. Received a mass email in January about problems with a shipping company, but have not received a personal response to my inquiry. Paid money but the product was never received.

      Palm Beach Collective/Vintage sold me products, took my payment and then told me there would be a delay, due to supply chain issues. I never received the products or a refund.

      I made my purchase on 8/9/22. The earrings finally arrived damaged in November. I reached out to palm Beach Collective via email at least 10 times. I received an email that they would send a replacement. The replacement was never sent, nor was a credit issued. They also cancelled part of my order after waiting for months, yet charged my credit card immediately. They owe me a pair of earrings or a $37 credit

      I placed an order at christmas and what arrived was not what I ordered and only 1 item arrived. My email about the incorrect item was met with an email that said the items i ordered were out of stock so they just sent something similar and i could return it. They have never refunded me for the missing items. They are now doing business under the name caladesi designs.I just want my refund. No one will return my emails from either email address/business
