      I ordered a poster from them on March 17, 2025. As of today, April 10, 2025, I have not received my order. I was charged $35.55.I contacted them via email twice and was told my order was delayed. I requested a refund and received no response. I have opened a claim with ******. Hopefully, I will be able to get a resolution through them.

      We have since refunded this order in full. We are still investigating why the order was not fulfilled successfully. Sorry again about these issues. We primarily deal with worn apparel and our fulfillment process for posters is not yet perfect.

      I canceled my order made on November 13, 2024. They didnt cancel it for me and they sent me the wrong size on both of my shirts I ordered.       After reading this email I did as you asked and canceled/refunded the black shirt from that order.

      Your order contained 2 shirts in total when it was first made. The remaining shirt on order VSREFW61KEG28 is a Large Cardinal Red Long Sleeve shirt.

      There is no more email correspondence from this email address, and there are no other orders created under this email address.

      If you are sure this issue lies with us, please provide us with a way to find the correspondence or the order in question.

      Hello,

      We have tried refunding the order VSREFPDYZ407P many times and keep receiving the same error message.

      Here is the message I have recieved from accounting:
       
      "Refund Status Processor Declined" means that the customer's bank has refused to process the refund request, essentially declining the refund attempt due to issues with the cardholder's account, potentially including insufficient funds, a closed account, or suspected fraud; essentially, the bank is not allowing the refund to be processed.

      He has asked us to send him a check but we can only refund the original payment method used. This payment went through the merchant Braintree with the transaction key 4525xm6x.

      Please allow us to send the refund to the original payment method used. We will continue to try again over the next few days and see if anything changes.

      Hello,

      We have been continuously trying to refund the order and getting the same error. The purchase was made using the merchant Braintree and the transaction ID is ********. Attached is a picture of the error. The only information we know is that we successfully refunded the other order this customer has made, but are unable to refund this one. The merchant ******/********* tells us the customer needs to contact their bank to resolve the issue. They can attempt to make a claim on the payment if all else fails.

      You have two orders with us, one was placed at Thu, Nov 21, 2024 12:08 PM and the other at Thu, Nov 21, 2024 12:11 PM. This discrepancy in time means you manually placed the order twice. You did not contact us until after we had already shipped out both orders placed, and here was my reply:

      I ordered (1) XL Navy woman's V-neck shirt cost was $32.95. When I received the email from them there was a second shirt on the order for the same amount only for a XL Navy Premium Unisex Tee. I did not order this second shirt and do not want ******** December 6, 2024, I received the shirt I ordered but not the second one they put on my order without my content. I would like my money back, if the second shirt should ever arrive at a later date I certainly will return it to them but no one ever answers the phone.

      After the US men's basketball team won the gold medal in this year's Olympics, I saw this amazing shirt they were wearing on a ************* and I rarely buy things on a whim, but figured I wanted to buy it. So I looked through the comments and found a post saying I could "buy the shirt here" or something along those lines. I went to the site, the shirt looked the same, and in good faith, I purchased the shirt, thinking it would be quality. Including taxes and shipping, I paid $28, which is not cheap for a t-shirt. I waited for a week to two weeks to get it, and when I finally got it, I took it out of the pack and was seriously let down.The design was small in the center of the shirt, as opposed to spread out across the shirt, the image itself was blurry, with a orange tone across the whole image, and faded in the center where it says USA Basketball. I usually just write these things off, but working in online retail myself, feel this is not how we would handle service with a customer. So I reached out to customer support, explaining my disappointment with the product, to which their support asked me to send pictures of the shirt I received. I sent the pictures, to which they said that it matches what they have on their site. (It didn't... I would check for this, but the page was taken down due to copyright violation). Either way, if you reply under a post where one shirt is shown, and you say you have it, you should have it.****, the person on support, then said to mail it back to him for a refund on the shirt and original shipping (not the cost to ship it to them). I know these shirts are cheap to make (especially of this quality), so he could easily provide the refund. It will take my time and money to mail it back to him, which I'm sure turns most people away. Feel scammed. Want my full refund back. Photos are proof of the poor quality I got, and I shouldn't have spend my money and time to get my money back.
