    I requested approximately one month ago a refund. I visited your **********, ** location on three separate occasions for vision exams (03/06, 03/15, 03/22), and despite these visits, I continued to experience issues with my ********* I paid out-of-pocket and did not use insurance, I have made multiple attempts to contact your office by phone regarding the refund.Unfortunately, I have only received excuses, and to date, I have neither received the refund nor a formal response on my refund. This lack of resolution is disappointing and unacceptable. I respectfully request immediate attention to this matter and a clear update on the status of my refund.

    Patient ID ******* I had an optometry appointment at Eyeglass World (**** ***** location). My insurance Tricare Prime should have been applied for payment. It wasnt the case. After trying to rectify the issue with *********** Optometry, I went ahead and paid $137.00 on August 13th. Since then, I have had at least four bills sent to me regarding payment. I contacted ***** in billing on August the 17th at ************ who assured me the matter would be rectified and a refund would be issued. Apparently, the wrong code/information had been entered regarding insurance. No refund has been issued, the matter has not been resolved with my insurance, and no one from the **** ***** billing department answers the phone or calls customers back. I would like a refund and the constant bills for the amount already paid to cease.

    On December 5th I visited my local eyeglass world. I paid the bill in full out of pocket.month later gulf coast optometry out of ***** ******* since may bill for $70 in which I did. Not owe.it is hard because you cannot get in touch with them because no one will call back or answer the phone. It seems like a scam.

    I received a **** in 2022 for $105 that I do not owe. I went to the office and they agreed there was an error and the ****s stopped. Now in 2023 I am again receiving ****s for $105 and I get no response when trying to reach them through emails. I will not deal with this again. They told me it was $60 for and eyeglass exam and when I got there they said $90. I was about to leave when they said if I had ******** it would only be around $50. I stayed and paid about $54. After that when I got the first **** It was because they ****ed ******** for $105 and ******** wouldn't pay. At the office they agreed I was only responsible for the $54 I had paid and would fix it. The ****s stopped coming. Until this year and now they are coming again. The cost was only supposed to be $60 then $90 and now after paying $54 they want me to pay $105. They have lied to me all along. I will never go there again and I will not pay a **** I do not owe. Patient ID ******* ********* Office at ***************

    We have reviewed this account and found that ******** was utilized and subsequently applied all the exam performed on 2/15/2022 to your annual deductible. We were informed by ******** that they were sending your claim to a secondary payer and just recently heard back that the secondary payer does not cover anything applied to your deductible. I am attempting to contact the number on file for you to clarify further.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    Exam charge was $90. I paid $54. Was told when I made the appointment that the exam for glasses would be $60. I have been lied to all along. I can't owe $105 when I already paid $54 for a $60 exam. Will never recommend or visit eye glass world again.

    I went in for an eye exam 4/22/22 at the ******** location, and on 2/8/23 received a bill for my eye exam. This location is an in network provider and I paid my **-pay at the time and they got insurance auth. then. almost ten months later I received a bill for $75. I have tried reaching out to the this office for an explanation, the **rp office phone number on the bill just rings, and then goes to voicemail which is full for every menu option. I have called the location that I had the exam, they push it off and say they can do nothing, but email the **rp office to **ntact me, and after almost two months, no one has reached out. At this point, I will be filing formal **mplaints to all entities I can find including to the insurance ** regarding this office until I get a response on this.
