    iink company is used when you file a claim with your homeowners' insurance. And you used a public adjuster in *****. The public adjuster got their 10 percent of what Allstate paid on roof claim at ************************************************************************************************************************ which is my home. When I fill out a form online that was on iink website I put one of my other email addresses. Now the iink company is delaying payment. I need this money to get roof replaced. I'm over 70 years old and not computer expert. They have no instructions to fill out forms on their site. The have my bank information which they can deposited the funds. Claim # *********.

    The service ****************** utilized allows his public adjuster to remotely deposit a check from an insurance claim. By doing so, all parties can sign off without having to physically be present at the bank for deposit. In this case, the check was uploaded on July 17th, fully signed off and submitted for deposit the same day. The check was subject to a normal 3 day clearing period to ensure the issuing bank will honor the transaction. During that period of time, it appears ****************** had some technical difficulties with the email used and bank account for electronic transfers. Our support team did speak with him and were able to properly connect his account on July 18. The check cleared fully by July 21, at which time the funds allocated to ****************** were transmitted standard ACH which arrived in 1-2 business days. ****************** received his funds within the normal service window. We apologize that the interface was not clear and caused some confusion. We would like to speak further on how we can improve our system if ****************** would be open to a 15 min call.
