    My family purchased a pool with commitments in writing from the Sales team and VP that our pool equipment will be fenced upon completion (Aug/2024.) I have numerous documentation this is a confirmed (& paid) service and it has been months of no response. Patio Pools is non compliant with their obligation and we may need to seek further damages. Our HOA requires our equipment to be fenced. Patio Pools has failed to meet the deadline and will no longer respond to us after numerous attempts.

    I am rejecting this response because: I have been told / promised this before numerous times and the job does not get completed. We require a commitment date/deadline to be sent via email directly to us of when the job will be 100% complete and the agreed upon vendor. We need documentation of the company using as well as time/date of when installation will occur. This was an agreed upon and binding commitment from Patio Pools last summer (2024) and has not been upheld. When the job is complete, we will remove the complaint from the BBB. Otherwise, we will continue to pursue action and file again.

    Dear ************ contracted Patio Pool to build our swimming pool. They finished the pool in Dec 2023. There are two pending issues to resolve. I have been talking to Patio Pool for over 6 months to ask and remind them persistently, but they are ignoring my request and not fixing the issues.I talked to ******, a maintenance manager, and ****, a construction manager. I also reached out to *****, our salesperson. All are ignoring our ************* are two issues:1. Per our agreement, they were supposed to install 24-watt LED lights in the pool. However, they installed 12-watt LED lights. The Patio Pool confirmed about 12-watt LED light. I have an email from ***** installing 24-watt LED lights. I have attached the email as evidence.2. Per county guidelines, electrical wiring should be buried 18 inches. They bury the electrical wiring conduit 4-6 inches in the ground. I discovered this issue while installing the edge around the pool pump. I have attached the photo as evidence.The Patio Pool is ignoring my requests.     We are replacing Mr. ******* lights with the correct lights.  And as we have explained to Mr. ****** any conduit that would be buried in from of the equipment would be low voltage and the same codes do not apply.

    We had a pool/cage/pan roof installed in Spring of 2023. Immediately the roof began leaking through the panels. The company came back out and installed more downspouts claiming it rains more here than other places, which I thought was weird. We didnt have much rain for several months after and this spring, it began raining again and I am having the same problem. It has progressively gotten worse with water pouring through all panels. I began calling and filled another warranty request in early June and have not gotten a response on when this will be resolved or even if anyone cares. Left multiple emails and messages.
